    If I could I would give 0 stars , there is one receptionist at this surgery that I find hard to deal with, whenever I call the practice she’s always arrogant, is not what she says but how she says it , considering she works on health care industry I believe she should be more caring , attentive, humane because already if people comes to a surgery most of times they feel unwell so would be nice to not have an arrogant woman to deal with.

    Couldn’t fault Water Orton Doctors when having to get an appointment for my daughter last week. Used the app to request to see a GP and within an hour of opening times I had a lady phone me with an appointment for the same day. Doctor was very good with my little girl & was very helpful.

    Once again we have no medication as they forgot we had a review so won’t release our meds. Don’t understand why if they refuse your meds why they can’t phone and let you know there is an issue. The receptionist went into our records and to add insult to injury tell us “oh yes I don’t know why he hadn’t signed it off”. Also if we can’t get an appointment when we ill how come we can for a review???

    The receptionist are fantastic A stupid system has been put in place not their fault. They send you a link to complete a form. Stupid form keeps directing you to A&E you just go back and reword it. I had breathing difficulties so I got an appointment for 9.30. Saw Dr Butt .. the one star was for the receptionist Zero stars for Dr Butt two options do what I’m doing at home or got to A&E could not diagnose me ?????

    Used the new online form, had such a speedy response and was reviewed the same day. I was listened to and the help was given to me. Since then I have been reviewed every two weeks as required due to the medication and feel looked after. The doctor and reception staff have been great and really have helped me. I’m extremely thankful to the staff at satis house .

    Can never get though ended paying for private GPs as I could never get an appointment for my young children. Had medication refused in the past which was prescribed from a hospital specialist consultant, the hospital had to ring the surgery in the end to sort it. Disgraceful surgery, rude staff, dismissive doctors. Can't get in anywhere else so stuck with them!! Update a year later......still a disgrace - my 7 yr old son ended up in surgery as they couldn't do their jobs, then they couldnt even give him an appointment for his after care. This place really needs closing down

    Only been with this doctor's two days didn't have a glue on the phone didn't even care about my anxtiety or even test never again time to go some were else asap Mr George Michael

    One thing always characterising satis house was the quality of the people working in there. Administration people, Dr's and nurses supporting 110% their patients. Now the improvement ( finally) of the telephone system gave a great help to the local community to communicate in an easier way with the practise.

    Can hardly ever get through, takes hundreds of calls for someone to either answer the phone or to not get an engaged tone and even when you do get though there are never any appointments and to ring at 8am weekdays to try and get an appointment. Which is almost impossible if you're doing the school run or work for a living! It's also pot luck whether you get a kind, helpful receptionist or a rude, very unhelpful one that just puts the phone down on you. It's takes them months to update their records after hospital visits which leads to problems getting repeat prescriptions and delays in getting vital medication.

    Disgraceful....I was told no appointments available and to go to the walk in centre at Heartlands, no such place exists! Went to see a pharmacist who said I needed urgent medical attention, went to see a GP elsewhere who was utterly shocked my surgery had refused to see me and told me to change my GP as i did need to be seen and was an emergency. Not the first time this surgery has done this on me sent me to A+E with Lyringo Spasms then denied they had sent me there! Then another time booked me in to have a skin tag removed, I waited over an hour and then was told by the GP “we don’t do that here “ I was in the surgery 60 seconds after waiting over an hour . So badly managed it’s unbelievable.
