Extremely sad to have been made to leave this surgery after being with them for many years. Never had any problems with them. All doctors and nurses are great, especially Dr. Feghali, who has been so amazing, along with Dr. Chitnis, Dr. Tariq and Dr. Zafar. Just upset that I couldn't stay.

As someone who, over the years, hasn't needed to visit my GP often, I have recently needed a lot of help & support for an ongoing medical issue. Dr Feghali has been excellent, thoroughly professional & determined in her investigations for me. I cannot thank her enough. Mention must also go to the reception staff.... yes, it can be difficult to get through to the surgery at peak times but once connected, the call-handlers are helpful & in my experience, do their best to "sign-post" me appropriately. Thank you Castle Practice, I always feel that I am in very good hands.

An excellent practice. I have been with them for 30+ years. The majority of doctors really listen, take their time treat you. I am grateful for all the help and support over the years, the wonderful Dr. Wallis, Dr. Joshi and of course Dr. Manyweathers who have now retired. The new team of Doctors especially Dr A Tariq, thank you for being just brilliant. The majority of the receptionist are very on the ball and go out of their way to accommodate. I just couldnt read these other reviews and not say what a gem of a practice we have that is doing it's very best for many, many patients. Thank you for all that you have done for me & my family.

Absolutely rubbish. Terrible service. Mum has spent 3 days in A&E and is still in terrible pain. The GP has had 2 discharge summaries with regard to pain and to say mum's BP needed to be checked as very high but cannot get an appointment. Mum is still in terrible pain ( unrelated to BP) and needs pain relief as well as the fact that her BP is very very high and needs monitoring. The receptionists just fob off. My sister in law has been in we have had one telephone appointment cancelled and are still waiting for someone to call. Overall disgusting service and treatment from this surgery. Thank god this is not my surgery. As it stands this is neglect of a patient where my mum is concerned. On top of all this they know that she is my dad's carer. So very disappointing.

Under conditions of what's going on lately my view is, I think they are 1st class. I cannot get an appointment myself at the moment but I don't have life threatening symptoms so we all need to be patient... excuse the pun

Dr bedside manner was VERY rude sounded as if he was attacking you when informing you about your concerns. Was not happy AT ALL with this Gp chitins .Refuse to see him again!!!

Very difficult to get an appointment! Phone rings out for half hour! Can’t get prescriptions on time. Gives me anxiety dealing with this doctors!

I would give it a 0 if I could. Impossible to book an appointment over the phone, as it's constantly engaged or nobody picks up. Bearing in mind there are usually an adequate number of receptionists working at one time. There is a one almighty arrogant GP who was not so long ago, awarded an MBE for services to the NHS, care for mental health (what a joke !) and disabilities, yet deems it fitting to with hold critical medication for a person who has severe mental health issues. Appalling practice and attitude.

Shocking service cannot get prescribed meds for asthma as receptionists head is so far up her ar..Yet ordered another medication a month ago still not issued but can issue today as its only an anti- inflametary. Yet cant have an inhaler to treat asthma. No inhaler for 4 days but that dont matter. Receptionists seem to think they are more qualified than the Doctors. How many times this happens here is shocking. Too much tea and cake syndrome
