It’s a totally waste of time .when I go there for my postnatal checkup after 2 days ,giving birth through ceaserain in a rainy day nobody was there to see me with my newborn baby even i called many times to contact my midwife but unfortunately I came back without attending my appointment.
Family worker from here in 2018 was a total waste of space, didn't know what her job role was, hadn't bothered to check my history and tried to pull my Family apart. Absolute laxed standards. Avoid. Think she was called Lisa. Fat woman, Karen hair do. Avoid.
Attended for the first time today for smoking cseasation. Reported early at reception and was asked to sign in and take a seat. 15mins after my appt I went back to reception area, The receptionist was busy but the person I was due to have the appointment with noticed me and asked if I was there to see her. Surely when people sign in the person they are seeing should be informed that they are present.
