   I would think twice before making a phone booking at Vanity Box. I rang on Saturday for a dry cut at 9.15 today and discussed the cut with the receptionist, only to find when I arrived that they had no booking for me and couldn't fit me in even though I told them I was attending a wedding and was therefore desperate! Thanks Vanity Box for adding to my wedding stress!

   I absolutely love this place. I have curly hair and even though I don't go to the hairdresser's very often, this is the only place where I know my hair gets treated amazingly. Ann is the hairstylist who always does my hair. I can really tell she loves working with curly hair and she always has so many suggestions for me. I have tried other places but I've always left in distress. Vanity Box is the place to go. Thank you so much ❤

   Had acrylics done here not long ago, they were awful. Design was ok, however I asked for them to be round shape and they were all a different shape. Acrylic was not applied evenly and they felt rough to touch. Then they only lasted a week before they had started to fall off and I normally get 3+ weeks out of my acrylics from elsewhere. The top coat also rubbed off almost straight away so they were no longer glossy. Avoid.

   TERRIBLE!!! Will never go back. The staff in this so called salon are sub-standard at best. Obviously there are fake reviews on here, saying there is great parking. There is not, there's only a 60 min free park before you get a ticket!!! And then theres the rear garden! OMG! It looks like Beirut mixed with Syria! It's absolutely disgusting the state of the garden. How could you trust a person to look after you hair when they leave their outside premises in such a mess??? The women in this shop look more like Sharon and Tracy from the Viz, than proper beauticians. I will never return to this hovel!!
