   had to wait over 30mins for the hairdresser as she came late and didnt let me know about this. My hair was cut too short basically into a bob which i did not want, i asked for dead ends to be taken off. Made my hair greasy by using conditioner on top and spraying loads of things on my hair. Usually feel amazing and refreshed when coming out of a salon but i felt greasy and unsatisfied. Tried to charge me more then what was posted on their booking website! do not reccomend this place at all.

   I recently had a keratin hair treatment done by this salon and it was amazing. Jamila was amazing and so friendly and welcoming. The whole service was great.    I personally wouldn't recommend the hairdresser part of the salon. My friend went in this week to get her hair curled for her birthday and I came with her. First of all the woman didn't even do the curls that my friend wanted. My friend showed her a picture of the hair she wanted and the lady did the exact opposite. You could tell my friend was really upset about it but the woman still carried on making excuses. Also it took 3 hours to just curl her hair and the woman charged her alot despite her not liking it at all. By the end of the day my friend's hair was so sticky and you could see the white residue from the hairspray it definitely wasn't worth the money. I would say there are better hairdressers that would do a much better job for £50.
