I had an emergency repair, and this shop was able to fit me in on short notice. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the repair was done efficiently. I'm grateful for their quick response and excellent service, I appreciate their dedication and will continue to bring my car here for maintenance
I recently had my car serviced at this shop, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. The team is skilled, and they completed the service in a timely manner. It's refreshing to find a car repair shop in West London that you can trust, Great service all around and this is undoubtedly the best shop.
Called in for an MOT which we were already aware would fail , still, we’re given 10 days to get the parts and have them fitted by there mechanic. The car runs fine and passed MOT within afew days. No pushy sales tactics or silly pricing here, very fair guys that gave us a free diagnostics check which others were charging £40 for so will defo use again
Booked in for a service at Greenford, parts and labour were supplied by the garage and the mechanic really knows what he is doing, saved me around £1500 on a new steering rack that didn't even need replacing (the old mechanic told me it did). I can recommend them to others
I was very stuck last week on the A40 and the car had several issues, I had broken down which was a fuel issue so they bought out fuel for me and started the car, the only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the fuel was 2.50 a litre but I get that they have to make a profit. My car was towed to the Perivale Greenford junction garage and all engine repairs and maintenance top ups of fluids and oils were taken care of quite fast, will recommend
Decided to attend the Perivale garage as the SUV repair was more than just roadside, replacing the clutch of a BMW X6 is a slightly larger job than driveway, so knew to go down to the garage and speak to the mechanic face to face, he did agree that was the best thing I could of done as they would have had to tow back to Perivale anyways. The clutch price was reasonable and I don’t mind paying more as long as a specialist like mecnitecs does the job, will use again
We were not aware that they had a car bodywork garage too but the last time I took my Mercedes c63 for a car service, H told me about body work and scratches or dents too. Any way, this time around I had to get the whole left side resprayed and dented due to a small accident on the A40 and the car looks like brand new. They polished it all up well and done a very decent paintjob for such a rare colour (British racing green). Will always use them from now
Shameful Co.!!!! I rang on Wednesday explained the problem with the Car & gave my Address for a visit. When I txt to query Arrival Time. I was txt back that someone will ring me straight back. I never got a call but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I have rung again today to be told that someone will ring me back in 15 mins. I waited an hour & rang them back to see what was going on. I was then told that I should appreciate how busy they are. (If I treated my Patients like that it could have a detrimental affect on there lives!!!!) Anyway I again explained the problem with the Car only to be told I need to find a Specialist Garage. YOU COULD’T TELL ME THAT ON WEDNESDAY?? Thanks a lot.
Would give 0 stars if I could, absolutely useless service, I was told they would send someone out to diagnose issue, then didn't show up for 7 hours, then someone shows up to take the car away, which was not agreed or explained in the call 7 hours previous, obviously not a mobile mechanic in any sense of the word. Would not recommend, in fact I would recommend anyone else.
