Terrible receptionists. I am a receptionist myself in the NHS so i know how frustrating the job can be but these receptionists need to try and remember that the person on the other end of the phone is usually not feeling well. I saw someone at the practice 3 days ago and was told if the prescription meds didnt help or the situation worsened to ring back and he would give me a prescription for something else. I rang back and the receptionist was reading my notes back aloud to herself and said to in a VERY short, sharp manner "well HAS it worsened?" I said yes that';s why Im ringing for a prescription. She told me very curtly there was nothing available till Next week!! She said i can try ringing back tomorrow at 8 which is usual for an appointment, but I only wanted a prescription and was TOLD to call back by the person i saw. Really bad. She should at least have said well he's busy right now but as soon as he isnt with a patient I'll speak to him and see what he says and call you back. That would have been the POLITE and nice thing to do.

Bad. Impossible to get appointments!. Hours on the phone and told to ring again later or tomorrow. My mum and I tried several times over weeks until my dad was so weak he now has a potentially fatal condition. Finally got house call organised but literally a day too late! Could have been a different outcome if he'd been seen sooner. Angry and sad.

Having arrived 10 munutes early for our scheduled appointment, (9.25am). We were left waiting outside (WE ARE BOTH 87 YEARS OLD). Until 10.10am. As this is a business and a part of the NHS, I think it is disgusting and STEREO TYPICAL of the state of the STATE!!!? ALSO, WE HAD TO WAIT EVEN LONGER AS NO APPOINTMENTS HAD BEEN SCHEDULED???!!??? And the machine couldnt be used and took another 15 minutes to be able to do the scheduled procedure which was SET FOR 9.45am!!!??? AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES.

Dr Ibraham is always lovely, very pleasant, re-assures you, a gentleman with a lovely smile. Thank you so much to him. I had a knee injection and was offered the flu jab as well. How kind was that. A great Doctor.

I only haven’t given a 5 star rating because I am not a regular patient here so I can only judge off my one time experience. I can honestly say the receptionist were lovely and couldn’t stop cooing over my baby which I thought was nice and said a lot about them. The nurses who did my babies Bcg were friendly and professional. All accounts for a lot when taking babies for jabs especially as mom tend to be understandably anxious but they put my mind at ease completely.

I am happy with doctors , nurses and staff, but as it is almost impossible to make an appointment this is seldom of any use..I find the phone always engaged from 8 am. There is not even a queuing system.

Absolutely embarrassing, u need to speak to a doctor. Are asked to call at 8am for the the phone to be engaged all the way through to 9am and still haven’t got through yet. Who’s idea is it to tell everyone to call at 8pm. Shambles

They tell you to ring at 8am to get an appointment to speak to a doctor and all you get is user busy, I rang over 100 times. I finally got through only to be told there is no more appointment available.
