   My experience with Derek’s service was awful. The work he carried out left my car in a worse state than before, and I had to spend several times the original cost to repair the damage that followed. He returned my car with the engine light ON and various other problems that he caused by ruining my car. His communication was unprofessional, and much of the information he provided turned out to be inaccurate and his approach takes advantage of people who may not know any better. Overall, I felt let down and misled, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious based on my experience.

I recently took my car in for its MOT, fully expecting bad news and costly repairs - but within what felt like no time at all, I received a call to say it had passed with flying colours! Derrick and his team were swift, efficient, and above all, personable. Their honest, straightforward approach and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free.    DO NOT GO HERE!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NO STARS!! I brought my car to VS Motors Sudbury garage for a diagnostic. Upon arrival, the mechanic drove my car into the garage for assessment. After receiving the diagnostic results, I returned home and discovered two deep scratches on the driver's side below the headlight, which were not present before I dropped off my car. When we revisited the garage, my sister, who was ahead of me in her car, provided video evidence from her rear camera showing that there was no damage until we arrived at the garage. Despite presenting this evidence, the garage staff continue to deny responsibility for the damage. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience with dishonesty from the garage staff.

   My car broke down and RAC towed it to VS Motors. They were recommended by family member. Derrick organised for an inspection to determine the root cause. The next day the mechanic VJ diagnosed the issue was the battery. RAC should have detected this! I will definitely use again

   For many years I've struggled to find a mechanic and garage I can trust. Derrick and Vijay at VS Motors have gone above and beyond to service my car. At every step, I have been provided with honest advice stating what I don't need as well as what is needed. This is different from usual experiences at other centres where I feel that I'm being told things are wrong with the car that actually aren't. I highly recommends VS Motors and will be returning for an MOTevery year.

   Have used VS Motors a few times now for various reasons and with different cars, from a puncured tyre, faulty brakes, an exhasted exhaust and MOTs. They have always been very quick at diagnosing and fixing problems as well as being reasonably priced! I found VS Motors by chance based purely on these types of reviews and I am grateful for it! I would definitely recommend and have recommended to others. Thank you!

   I would highly recommended the services of Derrick & his colleagues at VS Motors for all your car needs. They recently looked after my car which was in need of a some regular maintenance. They were friendly & courteous , but also professional & clearly knowledgeable about what they do. The car was fine before but drove like new as I left the workshop. I feel comfortable that they will be looking after the car for years to come.
