   "Is this a good garage to take my vehicle? " let me just save everyone's time & answer that question for you. It is a HARD no. Extremely unreliable, unprofessional, absolutely no morals or understanding of how the real world works. They let your vehicle sit outside and retrieve multiple parking tickets ( which they remove daily ) - probably forgetting the fact that someone actually owns that vehicle & that they'll eventually find out - (sorry to educate you on this guys) then have absolutely no common sense on how to handle the situation that they caused. It is 2023 and i am extremely amazed that google has not added a choice for 0 stars yet. Save your hard earned money & just avoid this place at all costs!

   If I could give zero stars I would! Owner has no morals, dishonest and is a liar! Received 4 parking tickets whilst car was in his possession and each parking ticket was removed to hide his own Ineptness. Avoid this place at all cost.

   Waited three and half hours for a service. Not impressed. Then discovered the cream white driver seat marked with oil which I had to try and wipe off. No good the seat was oil damaged! Manager tried to argue that it was leather damage caused by getting in and out of car, but ABSOLUTELY NOT!! These guys don’t use paper feet mats or plastic sheeting on the seats. They have damaged the seat and now we’re in the process of finding a reputable company who can get the oil out! Bad experience, cant recommend this garage. Update! Just took my car to Mercedes… which I wish I had done initially, and I have been informed that it is likely to be brake fluid that has ruined my seat! I can see now why the mechanic did not want to get in to my car and reverse it out. He knew what he had done, but obviously won’t admit liability. Be warned drivers!

   I had a problem with my BMW having the ABS light showing on the dashboard went Alpha they sorted it out within 2 hours really good service. Sina was a standout member taking his time to listen and come with a solution top man
