   Very poor service, was told to came at 3:30pm for MOT, only started working on my bike 40 minutes after just to check the VIN number, fixing several vehicles at the same time, no customer service at all. Mot started at 4:40pm and finished 10 minutes after. Was quoted £30 for MOT and they tried to charge me £35 because it's afternoon, If you have nothing to do and like to wait this place is for you.

   I went there 4 times. I went on a Monday for oil and filter change 2 times. Price Wes different 2 times for break pods change the son tell me 60£ with parts. The dad tells me 60 without parts and if I need a receipt I have to pay 12£ more. So it’s total 72£ just to charge the back break not the front. Then I let me friend call he say 60£ without parts and 35£ with. So to be honest good garage but it’s better to deal with the son. The price is confusing.

   Perchance I used the body shop services here and I was impressed with the professional approach and quality of finish together with polite and courteous attention I received. Yes it looks chaotic outside but who cares if the job gets done.

   I brought my car in specifically to have the front-left door lock repaired and the air conditioning fault diagnosed. Instead, the garage replaced the front-right door latch, which was working fine and left the actual problem unresolved. When I questioned the decision, I was told that their device showed the lock was “10% working,” which sounds vague and unprofessional, especially since they never confirmed the change with me beforehand. To make matters worse, they completely ignored the AC issue, despite it being clearly listed as part of the job. They charged me £250 for work I didn’t authorise and that doesn’t solve the actual problem I came in for. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and doing the wrong repair without consent is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this garage based on my experience.

   Excellent Family run business handled by father, mother, son and trusty employees that have been seen for over a decade. They are extremely busy and have more business than they can handle as they don't advertise anywhere, only word of mouth. Strongly recommend that you go around 9:00am in case the phone isn't answered. Be ready to wait as they will handle work sequentially. First in First out.

   It's the worst garage to get your car fixed wasted myntime andnkeotnmy car for 3 days and hadn't checked my car or even called back or even pick my calls. They had too many cars to fix could have said no but no want to be greedy and took car and want the money and didn't even get the job done forget finishing didn't even check. I urge anyone going here not to go not even that they use DUPLICATE parts and the first time I went to them the job was so bad and the problem in car happened again shows the work is not great the service is the worst and not reccomend them to anyone

   My car broke down 3 weeks ago. The AA recommended this garage. They said it’s something wrong with the fuel injector and couldn’t find part. I searched by myself and given the parts and still it’s not fixed properly. Every time they say they’ll call me but no one reached out so far and when I call no one responds. They charged me without fixing the issue. It’s really frustrating. Specially when you have a family and during the busiest time of the year.

   We visit this garage regularly, for our car issues and they always do a good job, even at short notice, although I would suggest calling beforehand. I would rather go here than 'Trust Ford'. Car clinic have never let us down, even if there was something they couldn't do, they made sure we got it done, one way or another!
