   Avoid! Careless will make more damage to your car . Took mine to them for clutch replacement and to be left with lose bolt on gear box and losing oil, bolts wrongly mounted and clashing with gear swifter mechanism, lose bolts on both drive shafts, battery wiring wrongly positioned thru the outside of the protective case, bent air intake tube , all screws from plastic cover under engine destroyed and impossible to remove without braking them. Contacted them to get everything right and got ignored. Went down to the garage only to find the landlords of the building and be told that they left because haven’t paid the rent

   Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay for work that does not get competed. Booked in for a new clutch, was informed more work needed so we aproved, then to be told something else needed changing we aproved then to be told oil was needed. So we aproved. Asked for all items that where replaced to be placed in the boot. This items where given back apart from the old cluch cable. Took the car to a main Ford dealer to check over the work and to confirm all work carried out, to be told they had bent the heat shield and had not changed the cluch cable. Asked for the refund and was told they changed it. I have reported them to the fix my cat app, and will report them to the ombudsman, trading standards and now leave it to my lawyer and small claims court.

   Had a service, MoT and diagnostics done here a couple of years ago, before a trip to Ireland. I have a 2013 Scenic which is prone to breakdowns (ignition coils every time, they have all been replaced) so needed peace of mind. Chris did a great job so I have been back for subsequent services. During last week's service they found the drive shaft joint constant velocity boot was severely deteriorated, so I came back a couple of days later to have the work done. They give you the prices up front and I've never had to pay more than the original quotes. Chris is a lovely fella, very genial and good at his job. If you can put up with the cramped entrance and the big old Range Rovers from the next garage along blocking you in, then this is the place for you...

   AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs these guys are scammers specially a guy called Tim. I booked a break shoes change i ended up going somewhere else because they don’t have all the parts ( fair enough ) but they have on their WhatsApp business, break inspection is £40 and he charged me £90 just for taking the wheels out. Secondly he wanted to charge me £490 for a wheel bearing + shoes tell why i went to this other garage and they did all this plus more for only £280( 2 hours job, same day), he will try to make the most out of your pocket and he will try so hard to keep your car in with them, so he can play around with it and come up with new issues just to empty your pocket.

   Excellent professional service, to deal with insurance and turn the repair around in really good time, excellent communication throughout. They have a dedicated admin person, which makes life so much easier than dealing with a mechanic or someone who doesn't really want to be bothered with the admin. The repair itself was very good.

   Avoid if you like not to waste your time and money. Called in for a timing chain replacement and was given a price and then after I requested a day was given a day booked after 3 days, I said fine. 1 day later was given another price, I said ok, and on the booked day and time I go there and he is telling me I don't have space to keep it, bring it after a few days, bare in mind I took and paid for recovery to take it there because I did not wanted to drive with very noisy chain. So I wasted my time waiting for the appointment day and money. I was very patient and waited for the day that he wanted just to be told ohh I am busy and I don't have space without caring that I had to pay for recovery. Avoid

   I was urgently in need of someone to replace my cam chain before selling the car. After being messed about by a number of garages in London before I was very impressed by the service these guys gave me. They were brilliant at keeping in touch with photos and descriptions of the job. Their price was also very good and I will be using them again in the future. Highly recommended.
