Highly recommend this hairdressers from start to finish it was very professional, Anna did a wonderful job on my hair, she did the most gorgeous coloured highlights exactly what I asked for definitely be returning xx
Nice experience. Decent cut. However £50 for a child's cut wash and blow is more than I pay for my own in London where we live.With top salon and stylist Too Pricey! Shocked for North West. There is no pricing structure or website to show prices. Its feedback! You charge more than the great salon with director level treatment in London. You won't always get 5 stars if people speak there mind and that's what feedback is for. Like you said to the mother of one of your students on here who left 1 star for you, be open to feedback.Your expensive! More than London! It shocked me to pay that for a 13 year old girl. Above 12 is not adult, nor stated in shop or verbally mentioned. Just take the feedback in the manner it was intended. PS. You told me you had a cancellation and to come right away. Not quite the reason you share today. I get its your business and its personal but I only said EXPENSIVE and that why 3 stars as steep. Kinda spoiled the experience for me. Don't think people will be put off, as you don't know what you don't know right.
I have been having my hair done by Anna Roche for well over 10 years. I love the complete experience in the salon warm friendly professional and caring and leave totally satisfied with a fabulous cut, colour or just a style and finish which stays in for days. The other clients are also warm and friendly towards each other adding to the experience. I visit twice a week and would recommend anyone trying the salon for the first time believe me you won't go anywhere else once tried. Keep doing what you do Anna and Jan and thank you so much for looking after me over the years.
I have only visited this salon once before to support my daughters training, and at first sight it was pleasant. However I am hurt, saddened and extremely disappointed in the way Anna was constantly publicly critical of my daughter's ability. It has severely damaged her confidence and upset her so greatly that she felt she had no choice but to walk out. No mother should have to see her daughter become ill with anxiety like this. This woman should not be allowed to take on students if she cannot teach without bullying her trainees which from what has been said to me my daughter is one of many. Very annoyed and disappointed mum expressing her views
Had my hair done here just last minute - Ruby did my colour and have never had a hairdresser listen and take so much care doing my hair. Advice was fab and I have honestly never felt so chilled and good leaving a salon. Such a good vibe in there, spotless and the back wash room is beyond calming. Loved the added bonus of a hand massage too.
Finally found the perfect hairdressers! The staff are all very friendly and work really well as a Team they are all organised to the point you are never forgotten about, nor is your name. After a colour consult with Zoe she came up with a perfect colour for my over lbeached awful hair. I left the salon feeling great. My stylist was very professional asking me how I wanted my hair cut I think her name was Ruby. This Salon has it right, you are pampered from the minuet you walk in the door lovely cups coffee served in lovely cup and saucer as many as you like, their always asking you....I had my hair washed and a lovely hot towel on my head I was offered a hand massage and cool gel mask I had the mask on and relaxed felt like I was having a spa day.....I have booked my next appointment as I am so impressed the staff work so hard to look after the customers well done to you all .
