   I arrived on time but waited over 30 mins, my hair was being pulled out and it was very visible as I could see on the equipment how much was being pulled out. She was also putting the things in her mouth before then putting it in my hair.

   I came to this salon yesterday with my son who has long hair. He wanted to keep it long with just a few volume boosting layers and this is exactly what Maria did, he was happy she did what he asked for. Whilst I was there, they had time to fit me in with a quick dry cut ( my mobile hairdresser is on mat leave so needed to try someone else) Sandra put a few textured layers in the back of my bob and I am very happy with it! We will definitely come here again as our cuts were what we asked for and the staff were so lovely and friendly.
