   I visited Kwikfit today with a slow puncture and was helped by Phill. He was genuinely helpful and honest – rather than jumping straight to selling me a new tyre, he first suggested trying to repair the existing one to save me money. Unfortunately, the damage was too severe for a safe repair, so we ended up needing a new tyre, but I really appreciated his straightforward approach and that he explored all options first. The team was quick and efficient, and I was back on the road in no time. Great customer service from Phill, highly recommended!

   Awaiss was very attentive, really great communication and got my tyre checked and change very quickly being attentive and making time to efficiently deal with me as a customer. In all honesty he surprised me with his customer service as I was apprehensive that I would not be seen as I attended with a flat tyre towards the end of the day.    Look at the photos attached. Came to replace one tyre which took 2.5h. The guys working there say the way they mounted the car on the ramp is correct and I am not right as I work in IT. Currently assessing damages with VW dealership. Side skirts bent. Hopefully no structural issues. With customer service on call. Speechless.

   I booked a service for my vehicle and was speaking to Awais. Great customer service and he managed to get me a slot within a week. Before I arrived he noticed that my MOT was running out and proactively booked me in the same day as the service. When I got to the Garage I was very pleased and surprised that he noticed it. The job was done within a couple of hours and my car was serviced and Mot'd. I rarely go to Kwik fit but the customer service I received from Awais has really changed that perception now :)

   I needed my front tyre changed immediately. Came into S.Ruislip Kwik Fit and was told to book it in online to get the price I saw earlier. Had some issues doing this, and a lovely chap here by the name of Marcus helped me out and got it booked in and got to work on it there and then! I usually get my dad to do these things for me but it was really kind of Marcus to be so patient and helpful. This is a great branch to come to - thanks S.Ruislip Kwik Fit!

   I have had my car serviced and mot in here. Phil Bush and Jimmy have done a great job. They are very professional and helpful. Center was very busy though, they undertook the job and done in time as said (the same day service as well as mot) . I would really recommend this center for a quality service in time. Phil and Jimmy were so good at servicing and explaining things clearly. Price is very reasonable and cheaper compared to other centres near me. Great work and very thankful to both of them for getting my car serviced very well. Amazing. I would strongly recommend this centre if you are looking for quick service or any urgency to have it repaired. This is the one.

   Came about a week ago over battery, alarm & general electrical system concerns, spoke to Marcus and he was extremely helpful & interested in the situation. Gave an immediate suggested (which seems to have done the trick I'll add!) And also took an immediate interest in the car I'd brought (2004 Honda Civic Type R), gave me a lot of insight and recommendations on what I should do with the car overtime to maximize its performance and longevity! Currently in getting new, better tyres fitted and in extremely satisfied with the work & customer care!

   Cannot recommend enough! Marcus is truly amazing, one of the most knowledge and helpful individuals I have met. He really went above and beyond to help me out!! Thank you so much to Marcus and the team. They made me feel so comfortable and I felt assured the whole time my car was with them. I have been to other Kwik Fits but none compare to the guys working in this one! Will definitely be back again!
