   They were amazing,My car failed it’s M.O.T at Kwit fit and I needed it doing asap which Kwik fit couldn’t fit me in so I went with Goodman for the first time which I can honestly say was literally a life saver as kwit fit let me drive away in a car that was not legal to drive. Good man’s garage went above and beyond to get my car safe to drive and get it through a M.O.T which the other garage missed. I would definitely recommend Goodmans autos.Thank you

   Not recommended. I went to Goodmans today because my car indicators and front windows were not working. It was an emergency, and since the garage was nearby, I popped in. They told me to come back at 3pm. I waited, returned at the time they said, and was asked to sit in the reception. My car was given to a worker, and I reminded them that the indicator issue was the main problem. Instead of fixing the issue, they kept checking other things without giving any proper explanation. As we are new to the area, nobody explained what they were doing, how much it would cost, or asked for approval before starting. After about half an hour, they told me my car had other problems and still didn’t fix the main issue I went in for. In the end, they asked me to pay £270 for nothing. Please make sure to inform customers about prices and get agreement before starting any work. Very disappointed.

   Although having lived in borehamwood for almost 40 year's this is the first time I have used Goodmans. I needed a washer pump replaced. Within 2 day's of phoning car taken in,job done. When I picked up my vehicle I was giving an explanation of what they had done. Nice to be treated like a person and not a number. Service and MOT due in February, definitely will be booking in with them.

   I came to Goodmans Auto after visiting three different garages that all failed to properly diagnose my car. I’d spent £50 here and £50 there on diagnostics, and no one could get to the bottom of it. Goodmans charged £110 for a diagnostic and honestly, it was worth every penny. They thoroughly checked the car multiple times, fixed what needed to be fixed, and made sure everything was right before handing it back. They don’t rush their work, and it really shows. The prices might be slightly higher than your usual backstreet garage, but for the quality of work, they’re actually very reasonable. I also get my MOT done here. Everything is straightforward, no dodginess, no nonsense, just honest, professional service.

   I had a great experience with Goodmans Autos! The under cover on my car was hanging down and scraping on the road, and they were able to fix it right away — even though I didn’t have an appointment. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and professional. They got me back on the road quickly, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Goodmans Autos!

   Highly recommend!!! I went there to have a few things done to my car after a very expensive Volvo service. Good and looked at everything and sent me away due to none of those things needing doing for done tone. Very honest and helpful. Will definitely be going back when anything needs doing from now on!

   Amazing service! I needed to get an emergency MOT and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. My partner also needed his car window fixed as the window had got stuck and they also fixed that on the same day. They were extremely professional and explained everything clearly. Will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend.

   Honestly! Please go to this Garage. They helped me after I was quoted double the price to get my car fixed in order to pass my MOT by Halfords! The staff here are extremely friendly and approachable. I advise everyone in Borehamwood to go to Goodmans!

   Will keep your car longer than expected, finding more issues. Had a simple oil change done but took longer because they had to put in ‘special oil’ for the ford fiesta & wait for the delivery of this. Will try to over charge you. Especially as a woman I don’t feel comfortable going into a garage as the men do try to take advantage and over charge - avoid
