   Really Good Service- What an experience from Raj, I bought my MG HS 1.5 GDI Trophy from this team and they made the whole experience effortless. Friendly, professional, and zero pressure - just honest support and plenty of space to decide. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived from Southampton on the Saturday to purchase the car. I was back with my brother the following Monday to drive the car home. Great price, smooth purchase, and I’m absolutely loving my new car “Sarah” Highly recommend- I’d happily buy from them again without hesitation Raj you did good!

   I purchased my car in July and it is still under the 90-day warranty, but despite couple of visits to the Bushey service department, my issues remain unresolved. It was surprising to learn that the proper tools for checking hybrid systems are not available. I found the service to be unhelpful and time-consuming. I hope the dealership addresses these concerns to improve customer experience.

   I had a very bad experience with this garage and I cannot recommend them at all. When I was about to buy my Hyundai Kona, they were always quick to answer my calls, respond to questions, and reassure me. But the moment I paid and noticed faults straight away, their attitude completely changed. Within days I reported two serious problems: the front radar was not working (disabling important safety features) and the head-up display was faulty. Since then, I have been ignored over and over again. I sent several emails, but got no proper response. Instead of taking responsibility, they were rude, dismissive, and simply pushed me away. More than two months later, I still haven’t received my logbook (V5C). David — who was so quick to promise things before the sale — never even sent the V5C to the DVLA. On top of that, he tried to cover scratches with marker pen, didn’t provide service records, and gave me a non-original charging cable while pretending it was some kind of “extra gift.” This is dishonest and very unprofessional. Buying this car was supposed to be exciting, but it turned into a nightmare. I feel like I was treated as if my concerns didn’t matter. Whether it’s because I’m not British or simply because they are dodgy, I don’t know — but I was polite, paid in full, and expected fair treatment. Instead, I was left with a faulty car, missing paperwork, and no after-sales support. Please think twice before trusting this garage.

   Excellent sales service from David Pearce. Always met with a friendly, smiling face. Collected my new MG ZS EV LR on 2/3/2023. Car was ready as promised. He gave me an expert overview of the car before handing the keys over. In the time I waited for delivery of the car, David kept me up to date on any progress re the delivery of the car. He is a very kind, always friendly and efficient salesman to deal with. Highly recommended.

   First got to the dealer and was greeted with a smiling face, I came to see a specific car and was urged to take it for a test drive to get a feel for it. When I got back I had a tonne of questions about the vehicle and equipment which was all answered helpfully and professionally. The dealer insisted on getting two new tyres and a service before I took the car which was a bonus at my end. From start to finish the process was very good. Thanks to Kev, Jonathan and Tony. Much appreciated guys.

   Not many parking slots for arriving customers,Good customer service, but during our call to set time within chosen appointment day, we been told that car can be dropped off at any time. But on our arrival lovely adviser was telling us we should set the time and because that's wasn't done over the phone it may take much longer than normal scheduled service time (means will have to wait until all other cars are done that day ;( )?
