   Excellent service! It's always nerve-racking when you have to go to the mechanic especially in an area that you don't know...that's where I broke down and they were the nearest garage. They tried to fix it on the spot but needed bigger works so took my car in straight away and looked after me very well, no silly prices or unnecessary work, very professional! Highly recommend them!

   Just had my car service and MOT here again... My wife and I have been returning to LE Cramer for years. Even after moving further away we still travel to get our cars serviced by them. They have earned our trust and repeat custom through their consistently excellent customer service. They are always prompt and reliable, fair pricing, great communication, and never try to convince you to have unnecessary work done. Their strong reputation is for good reason.

   Excellent service from Le Cramer. I left my MOT to the last minute and urgently needed help. They booked me in straight away with just a few day’s notice on a Saturday with no fuss. The car failed due to a worn tyre and needed suspension repairs, but they got everything sorted before closing. Clear communication, no pressure, just honest, helpful advice. As a working mum of two, I really appreciated how understanding and efficient they were. Got me back on the road the same day. Highly recommend!

   More than just a garage and sending my heartfelt thanks. Last week my dad passed away, my oil light had been on for a couple of days. When I stopped at a petrol station my bonnet would not open for me to put more oil in. I needed to drive to my daughter to let her know about her grandad in person but didn't feel safe doing so with warning light. I drove to Cramers my usual garage. Upon relaying my predicament to Bala he immediately stopped what he was doing, helped me open the bonnet, filled my car with oil and refused to accept any payment. I have been using this garage for a number of years and have always been pleased with the service provided but this topped it for me and was an experience I wanted to share. Thank you Bala and Cramers for your support and kindness during a stressful time. Nicola

   Simply the best ! 5 of my family cars are totally looked after by this brilliant team of mechanics. Great value, communications, professionalism, friendliness and, maybe most importantly, highly skilled and honest !! We have moved to Bucks but I refuse to move away from this exceptional garage - Their skills and customer service are truly world class in my opinion.
