   I contacted this company after putting the wrong fuel in the tank. I spoke to Mark who was very helpful and told me someone will attend within a couple of hours. As it was late at night and my car was in a safe place I booked for the next day afternoon instead. The next day the technician by the name of Jordan came to fix the problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasant young man. He spent well over an hour draining the tank and filling it the fuel he had brought with him. I think he should be recognised by his employers for his good work and customer relations. The cost we agreed was much higher than the price quoted on the Internet site, but I was happy with the amount I paid considering the amount of time it had taken Jordan to get to me and the time he spent sorting the issue in a cold and rainy day. Thank you!

   A mistakenly put unleaded into my diesel and managed to drive around 10 miles, I broke down on the A40. The AA did come out to me but quoted me 220 + VAT, I gave wrong fuel a call and a technician was with me in 20 minutes, my car was older so he didn't have all the parts so he sent for another technician and he even dropped the car key off to me and my family at a nearby restaurant. I have no qualms recommending wrong fuel, they charged me 99 for the service and I paid an extra 20 for after care for the car!! Thank you guys!!
