About laser tattoo removal with Simona: This session was carried out by a practitioner who I understand was renting a room at the clinic, not by the clinic’s own staff. My feedback relates to her practice, but I feel it’s important to share here, since this was the setting where the treatment took place — and there is no other platform available to leave a review of her work. I want others to be aware of my experience. During the laser session, the practitioner passed the laser multiple times over the same areas, which caused bleeding. I now understand that this level of intensity may not have been appropriate and could have contributed to delayed healing and increased sensitivity. At the time, I trusted the process, but in hindsight, I believe the treatment was too aggressive for my skin type and season. This experience left me feeling concerned about the level of care and caution applied during the session. While I was told to avoid sun exposure after my laser session, I wasn’t clearly informed that sunlight through windows or fabric can still cause pigmentation issues, or that physical coverage and sunscreen were necessary even indoors. I followed the advice I was given, but still experienced early signs of hyperpigmentation — something I now know could have been prevented with more thorough guidance. I’m disappointed this wasn’t handled more responsibly. If I had been properly informed, I would have postponed the treatment until winter. Now, instead of one issue to deal with, I have two. I booked a follow-up with Simona to discuss this — she had already seen a photo of my skin but arrived 15 minutes late. When I asked if this had happened to others, she laughed and didn’t answer. Then she said another laser might fix it later, and that she “didn’t think this would happen.” That response made an already stressful situation worse. When people put their skin — and trust — in a practitioner’s hands, they deserve clear guidance, serious follow-up, and professional care. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience with Simona. I would also like to note that my treatment with Abid, the clinic’s director, have been very different — professional, careful, and reassuring. My review here is specifically about my laser experience, not about the clinic’s other services.
It was my first time ever having any cosmetic treatment, so I was really nervous, but Abid made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and put me at ease throughout the whole process. I hardly felt any pain during the procedure, and my recovery has been going really well with minimal swelling and bruising. My lips look beautifully natural with subtle enhancements that perfectly suit my face profile. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience — highly recommend!

Dr abid has done an UNREAL job on all the procedures I have had done by him which include lip ,chin , cheek filler and the best one which was masseter Botox, he is insanely good at what he does and I couldn’t recommend him anymore, he has transformed my face and made me more confident , I would never go to anyone else now!
Had armpit Botox done here to stop sweating, lovely environment and really welcoming. The procedure was quick and comfortable and the results have been excellent. The clinic is spotlessly clean and very classy, would recommend 100%.
