I needed a diagnosis on my Skoda Yeti. I am glad I found Serge and his team. The whole experience, from booking an appointment to picking up my car was excellent. When VAS Technical moved from Surbiton to Ashtead, I followed as they had looked after my 2013 Audi Q3 far better than anyone before. They have just saved the day once again. I bought a 2018 Audi A6 and realised at the last minute that it needed servicing before a long drive to go on holiday. I was also getting a warning that the brake pads were worn out. Serge and his team managed to fit in the full service before our departure. They also found that the brakes were absolutely fine, the problem was with a sensor that monitors the brake pads. If I'd gone elsewhere, I would likely have paid for new brake pads which would have been unnecessary and that would not have solved the problem. A very BIG THANK YOU for sorting things out yet again. VAS Technical deserve their five star rating. They seem to know everything about Audis - plus Serge and his team are incredibly nice people too!
Excellent service excellent value for money, Serg went above and beyond to get discontinued parts for my T4, and went out of his way with his after sales service. What a legend, so unusual to walk away from a garage 100 percent happy with no doubts about going back again.
Absolutely first class service! A fox had chewed the wiring under my T6 - Serge managed to fit me in as an emergency and sort the problems the day before I was due to take a long trip. Diamond bloke, great business - 5 stars don't do it justice.
Excellent service. Serge is very knowledgable. Diagnosed the problem with my car and explained the issue to me clearly. Replaced the mechatronics unit in my Audi TT and kept me updated on timings. Very fair pricing. Also MOT’d my car. Would highly recommend.

Serge is a brilliant problem solver and really good at explaining complicated issues in simple terms. He also inspires trust and is clearly very hard working. I went to him with a problem with my VW Polo and he quickly traced it to the turbo release valve, talked through with me how much it might be and the worst case scenario (which thankfully didn’t happen!) and quickly ordered the parts, fitted them and test drove it. When it didn’t quite fix the problem he investigated, phoned me up and explained the next fix needed, and got it sorted as quickly as he could. I was very impressed and will be using Vagtek for all my VW Polo needs from now on.
