Absolute joke of a company. Horrible experience Left us stranded and conned *Please make sure you read all their reviews* They are much cheaper than other companies for a reason, do not throw your money away They claim to have several professional technicians but are really just a 'husband and wife team' **Our windscreen was fitted with a small crack in the top right corner. Overnight this has massively spread and now needs urgent replacement. Both trims were not reattached properly and left slightly ajar, therefore the damage was very hard to spot. I noticed the loose trims and called them back just as they were driving off. The husband first claimed they were only cosmetic items and it wouldn't be an issue. I asked for them to be attached properly. He then went straight for the left side trim and fixed it saying it was really simple and to just push down on the opposite r/side trim. It was only then we noticed the small crack hidden from view, to be immediately 'accused of causing the damage ourselves'. We did not touch the glass at all. 'It was a blatant lie'. I sought the advice of a few other windscreen replacement companies (local & national). They all said the windscreen was either damaged during installation (does happen once in a while), or had a previous defect. They would have all rectified the issue for me no questions asked. We were offered no help, advice, explanation, anything at all and they both just kept repeating we had caused the damage. Tough luck as we had already paid was their last response.

I was really happy with Sebastian's service. I needed to get a window re bonded on my van, as well as the install of 2 new windows in the back doors. Communication was quick and clear with the job completed within a week of making contact. Excellent value for money. I really enjoyed sitting in the van watching the work take place skillfully and confidently. I have made appointment for stone chip repair, I have been advised that there are 50/50 chances that the glass won't break. I took my chances as its always better to try cheaper option. Seb done a great job. He's very professional and communicative. Overall great service , saved some money as well, didn't have to change the whole glass. Would highly recommend.
