   I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. Despite clearly asking the owner to keep my car inside the garage for safety, they left it outside. As a result, my car was broken into and my belongings were stolen. This could have been avoided if they had taken basic responsibility. A professional garage should prioritize the safety of their customers’ vehicles, but unfortunately that was not the case here. Their negligence has cost me a lot, and I cannot recommend them to anyone who values honesty and responsibility.

   I had a very disappointing experience at this garage. Despite arriving on time, I was kept waiting for over an hour with no clear communication. To make matters worse, another customer who arrived later was taken ahead of me. This showed a lack of respect for my time and poor customer service. I eventually gave up and left without getting the service done. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

   Be ware of this place I have a very bad experience with this place from day one. Brought my van for engine service. From day one they try to cut corners and in the end changed me £600 more than we agreed. But this was not the worst. After only 24- hours engine light came in the dashboard. Been there 10 times no solution and they told me lies after lies, and ask for more money after more money. Will report this terrible place to trading standards and have not other options but to go true Small claim court SCC to recover my £3000 and fix the van properly somewhere else.

   My partner took her car here for an MOT which they failed because of a supposed suspension problem and were charging her £130 to fix. She took it to another garage to get a second quote and they said there was absolutely no need to change them and they worked fine. When she took the car back and told them what had been said they passed the MOT without hesitation! Either they made a mistake or took advantage of a woman with our newborn so make sure you check before you pay anything.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! UNTRUSTWORTHY !!! Popped in to grab some advice on an issue which led to me being informed by Munir that they could fix the issue I had. After performing the recommended works the problem was not fixed so returned confused as to why this was and after 20 minutes the problem was solved. The problem had absolutely nothing to do with the work they had told me was required and subsequently performed which upon further research wasn't even needed to be done in the first place!! When questioned on why the work was undertaken ( before researching ) Munir did not want to make eye contact, avoided the question and rushed onto another job and after I explained that it had been an expensive morning for me he disappeared into the garage with a passing comment of "expensive car, expensive work". Disgrace of a Garage and it is evident that they are either con artists who will prey on those who are not educated in mechanics / cars or they have absolutely no idea what they are doing... I think the former in all honesty but either way I shall not be attending this place again and I would urge others to do the same.

   Before the holidays, I gave my car to replace the brakes. During the tour it turned out that they are not listed correctly. My dashboard was shining like a Christmas tree. The repair cost on the road was cheaper than theirs. Nobody wanted to talk to me and consider the complaint. I do not recommend anyone. Scammers and thieves.

   Excellent garage, very helpful and friendly and most importantly fixed the issues with my car. I’m very confident they charged me a good price for the repair. They did a few extra things they did not charge me for. I’m super grateful for their help and recommend to anyone. Even though I live a little far away I’ll be coming back to use their services again :)
