Despite the long wait, the team at Otto's service hub was very helpful throughout the process, keeping us informed along the way. When it came time to collect the car, Maheer handled the handover and was incredibly attentive, answering all of our questions and ensuring everything went smoothly. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and support!

   I went for an investigation and report! OttoCar Suri Motors confirmed that I had a fault after the investigation (clicking noise when turning right). Aune from Ottocar service team helped me to get an appointment with the main dealer for following week. (Still under warranty). Very happy with the customer service I had and very professional!
