   I recently took my car to this garage after being advised by Halfords, as they specialise in BMWs. Unfortunately, I regret following this advice. From the start, communication was poor—I had to call them 30 minutes before they closed to find out that my car wasn't ready at the anticipated time, which they failed to inform me of in advance. When I went to collect my car, I was told an additional repair had been carried out, raising the bill by £200 more than originally quoted. I was never contacted for authorisation. When I questioned this, I was told they realised the additional repair was needed halfway through the agreed repair. This is a poor excuse, as I should have been informed before any extra work was done. Although I didn’t dispute that the additional repair was necessary, I felt disrespected and not taken seriously as a young woman. I paid the extra amount begrudgingly, but I won’t be returning to this garage and would not recommend them based on my experience.

   My comment is 100% honest!! JP Garage have been looking after my car since 2015 and at first its team seemed like nice and reliable, until the moment they failed to fix my rear suspension and air-con advising that it's OK to drive it with such fault and even go through MOT, for two years. The owner instructed me to switch the air-con off and drive the car with open windows in +32C for 3 summers. They let me down like no one did. They also tried to fool my friend years ago, who I did not listen to. Well... never stop learning. If they come back to me and do what they should do then I might reconsider. But I doubt they will...

   JP garage have looked after my various cars for over 30 years and I can't imagine ever finding a kinder, more reliable, efficient and honest team to do it. They have given me such help and peace of mind for years. That is priceless and I recommend them 100%.
