Terrible surgery. My dad had a psychotic break and went to the hospital who confirmed this, then we took him to his appointment at Schoolacre Surgery and the GP was saying he didn't have a psychotic break without any research or evidence and when we asked how they knew this, the GP said "Well, we think" Terrible and didnt wanna help at all.

Went yesterday for regular blood pressure check was seen by Sue, wow what an exceptionally friendly professional service, nothing too much trouble. Even helped me on a different issue. Thanks Sue just amazing.

Didn’t get the name of the practitioner. She has been giving confusing conversation and leave me having to do pelvic check up and smears twice and the procedure was very uncomfortable involved bleeding. She told me she’s doing a paps smear for me and then at the end I asked her she said it’s not a smear. Then I asked what was the procedure we just done ? She then said she didn’t know if they will come collect the specimen after 2 pm or not if they don’t then you’ll have to do it again( swabs and test specimen will be thrown away) Disheartening to see such a doctor she doesn’t even know what she was doing. She even said she don’t know anything because she doesn’t work in this practice she travels everywhere. Bizzare! Didn’t know such negligence and incompetence service exist in this country.

Very bad service. Staff at reception is not professional at all. I would not recommend anyone to join this surgery. This surgery should be closed down. Taking big amount of wage from Government but not working hard enough. Will put complain through to our local MP.

I am with this surgery since 2018. They are working and serving their clients fantastically despite hard time hit them- COVID time. I appreciate them all including reception service. My point is they are Human like us they also tied with the pressure of COVID deases; if people can't appreciate then should remain quite. Sadia

Rubbish absolutely Rubbish Do not register ⚠️ I had just become a mother after 3 years of trying ,I informed them that I have PCOS and that I need to monitor my hormone levels during pregnancy (something they needed to know) but nothing, at 7 weeks I miscarried after going to A&E 4 times and bleeding more and more their answer was nature's decision. all the questions I had to my doctor were useless, she didn't know how to answer me, all the answers were I don't know, probably, I don't know I don't know who is responsible for that clinic, but MATE, you should ask yourself some questions, stop letting people search for treatments on Google or play with people's lives

I have been a patient of this surgery for more than two years and have always received exceptional treatment even during the lockdown period. My doctor, Dr. Caterina Sterlini, has always been and is always available both on the phone and for a face to face appointment and sometimes the same day or the next day depending on the severity of the symptoms. The nurses are very friendly and caring and the Surgery has the best phlebotomists I have ever had, I am afraid of needles but they have a very light hand. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and and the last time I went there, there was a new male receptionist who was very nice. The environment is clean, the bathroom is spotless and everyone in the surgery scrupulously follows the anticovid measures, making you feel safe. I wouldn't trade this surgery for anyone else in the world.
