   Had an absolutely flawless and straight forward experience. Hand car in, let them do checks, the contact you with findings. Confirm payment methods and give go ahead. Car repaired, MOT passed, really good advice given when they gave the car back. And most importantly reasonably priced. I'd initially took the car to another garage and had nearly been ripped off, but the red flags made me retrieve my car back and came to Conors instead. Will be returning to Conors and recommending to everyone.

   Outstanding Service – A Garage You Can Truly Trust Connor’s Cars was recommended to me around 7 or 8 years ago, and I’ve never looked back. Since then, they’ve taken care of all my car maintenance needs with absolute professionalism and care. The customer service is nothing short of first class – friendly, efficient, and always going the extra mile. What really sets Connor’s Cars apart is their honesty and integrity. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, Alex and his team stand head and shoulders above the rest. Having previously worked for Porsche Cars – a prestige marque – I can confidently say that even they could learn a thing or two from the level of service and transparency offered here. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a reputable and reliable garage. It gives me peace of mind knowing my car is in such good hands. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else, and I genuinely can’t recommend Connor’s Cars highly enough. An absolute gem of a garage!

   I’ve had two great experiences at Conors Car Centre. A few months ago, my fuel flap actuator failed, and Alex was incredibly helpful. He quickly removed the actuator so I could fill up my tank and got me booked in as soon as the replacement part arrived. More recently, I needed my brake pads replaced and wasn’t sure if the discs needed attention too. Alex gave my vehicle a thorough once-over and provided a fair, transparent quote for the work. Excellent customer service, skilled workmanship, and fair pricing—highly recommend!

   Used to use VW (on the other side of the flyover) A few years back, I booked my car in for it’s yearly MOT/ Full Service at VW. VW weren’t able to conduct any maintenance/servicing work on cars due to a temporary ‘permit’ issue at the time, and, as such, instead of cancelling, they were outsourcing all labour to Conor’s - Anyway, to cut a long story short, Conor’s did such an amazing job that I’ve stuck with them ever since! Conor’s are genuine, hard working and honest!

   I unreservedly recommend Conor’s. I will now always travel back to them. I used to live nearby and moved 2 years ago and changed cars as well. So I moved to a local mechanic 200 yards away from my new flat. Unfortunately, this has cost me in the long run - they aren’t up to the work, and overcharge for incorrect diagnostics. I openly admit I know nothing about cars and if there were anyone that a garage would take advantage of, it would be me. I would be mine the wiser and am anxious about cars so I’d pay for anything I was told to. Conor’s certainly knows I’m totally incompetent because I didn’t even know my very first car a few years back did not actually have air con, which would have explained why it wasn’t working! They were really nice about this - didn’t humiliate me at all and were very patient, and did not take the glaring opportunity to charge me for anything. After a recent bad experience with my new local mechanic (dodgy diagnostics the dealer corrected in the end, and a failed camera installation) I remembered that my friend had recommended Conor’s to me 5+ years ago and that they have always been kind, respectful, and fair to me despite my blatant ignorance. Today they kindly took my car in and looked it over to investigate the options for a camera and told me honestly they couldn’t do it and did print out some options for me (and gave full context about whether they personally knew the work and which option they’d recommend). I wasn’t charged for this at all. I will be back - hopefully just for my MOT. It doesn’t save me time or money in the long run to go with the closest garage when they aren’t competent or trustworthy. It’s worth me travelling to Conor’s despite the distance and traffic because I 100% trust them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else again.

   Highly recommended! Alex is an honest and kind person. MOT and service done efficiently and reasonably priced. The globe pub is close by, has really good food. Good to kill some time if you're waiting.
