   I brought my car in for misfire. The same day Jacob solves the problem , he's says that there was water into one of the coils. He calls me and says that he removed the water, but he still has to find where it comes from. He told me to bring the car back one week later and charge me 110£. I go there one week later and after asking how it comes he doesn't know the problem , he checks the car again and all of a suddenly he knonw......core plugs have a leak and he ask another 250£ repair it. Basically, he tried to pull 360£ for a job he could have done in less than 1 h, and the part is only 10£ In 2 year I gave them aorund 1200£ in repairs for my car. I changed the cam belt, rear bushes,change gear box seal , front arm suspensions, and oil changes, and I trusted them, but after this shady treatment, I won't be going there anymore .

   Sent my wife to the garage as we had rattle for the the exhaust..cheap quick fix but they tried to tell my wife the gearbox has gone , I went there with the car myself and said what are you on about. They laughed and said sorry ..scam.beware overcharging people with no knowledge

   Amazing services at incredible prices. I spoke with Jacob on the phone in the morning. He gave me a quote for my repair. I dropped the car in the evening and I collected it the next day. They took care of my front brake discs and pads, they did an oil change with QUANTUM Platinum 5W30. I was a little bit sceptical about QUANTUM oil, but I guarantee you is a legit product. Definitely, I am going to use them in the future.

   I took my car to this garage in Acton on Friday evening following battery light on dashboard indicating a problem. The boss Jacob reviews fault and advised alternator required replacing. I left car overnight and on Saturday morning garage sourced new alternator and had my car up and running early Saturday afternoon as promised. Great job by lovely people who went extra mile to sort my car problems. Price was competitive and customer service levels exceptional. Would recommend this garage to anyone with car problems in Acton and surrounding areas.
