   Excellent service, really friendly people. Transparent with service provided and helpful with giving information about options for the car. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a kind and professional mechanic. I’ve been going for a few years now and have taken different cars in that time, always super helpful with each type.    Took my car for MOT to Moss repairs, this is the first time am using them. Receptionist Emily was very nice. They failed my car and gave me a bill of £1250 including changing 3 brand new tyres. I got my car booked in for immediate repair the next day. I got a text few hours later from Emily saying everything has been fixed. I went back to pick up my car and I trusted that everything confirmed changed was new. This was end of July 2024. I parked my car. A week later went to use my car and noticed that the drivers side tyre one of the new ones they changed was flat. Before my car went to MM repairs have never had a flat tyre not in 15 years, not even the old ones the car came with which they condemned and charged me money for each tyre to dispose of them. I thought well. I went and pumped the tyre. Few days later I noticed that all the 3 tyres they changed which they claimed to be brand new are not as my previous tyres. I immediately called Emily and made her aware of it. But I was able to put air in the tyres. On Friday 16/09/2024 for the first time in 15 years on the motor way the front tyre went flat in a dangerous M1 motor way. I got recovery to get the car to a garage and used the safe space spare tyre to replace it. I took the car to a tyre specialist garage on a Saturday and he confirmed that one of the brand new tyres were damaged and the rest of the tyres had leakage from the valves. So I had to buy a brand new tyre and got the rest fixed. I went to MM repairs on Monday the 16/09/2024, and he was very rude and aggressive. No empathy and no remorse. I am very disappointed at their customer service and will take it further as Michael Moss was very rude, arrogant and inconsiderate.

   Excellent company know exactly what they are doing find the problem fix it out the door at a great price had my van to 4 mechanic? Took my money and the problem came back within a hour. 500 miles in and it’s going brilliant again highly recommend and will be back for all my service and repairs many thanks. Kevin
