   Tracy was really nice knowledgeable and proffesional the garage was amazing. My mot passed wothout advisories, although Kwik Fit Brentford l, quoted me £430 to repair the front breaks apparently. Amazing service, good people!

   After searching for a new mot garage near me, I found Ram's Westgate. Most the reviews were great, but a few mentioned rude staff. Since i believe people generally reflect the treatment they receive, I took the risk and headed on down to Ram's Westgate and they did not disappoint. Tracey and the mechanics were nothing but welcoming and after a little waiting, I drove off with my car road worthy and a favorite local mot garage. I highly recommend this place and will be returning customer.

   I went here recently to book a MOT. I said hello to to the woman sitting in the 'office' she didn't reply and just looked at me. She said speak to him. Which I did. I told him the side door of my van was protruding, and can that be done at the same time. He said the man who does that is on holiday. So I simply asked if I could book it for when he comes back. He then got confrontational/ aggressive and said you're not listening to me. Of course I went somewhere else. ZERO STARS

   I went to have my car tested for its MOT. No booking to do; just turn up and wait. It was a cold and wet day. The staff were friendly and jocular and the time passed pleasantly. The only slight downside was using the waiting area while the car was tested. Although in the dry, the seating area is cramped and very cold. Contrary to my expectations the car passed at a cost of £54.85. If my car’s still running, I’ll happily use Ram’s again next year.

   Went to Ram's Westgate a few weeks ago for a water leak repair on my fiat 500. The part had to be ordered that took a few day's to come in. Then Tracey kindly said she would put my car into safe storage. I'm very satisfied and grateful with the repair. There prices are very reasonable aswell. I must say that Tracey and her team are helpful and very honest people. I highly recommend this business and I will be using Westgate all the time now if needed.
