   Absolutely first class service. This pharmacy is going to become the most popular pharmacy in Sutton Coldfield. Asad (pharmacist) helped me with a private prescription in a way most other pharmacist simply wouldn't. And I know this from past experience. He went above and beyond to sort this problem out for me so I would get my medication before New Years holidays when clinics are shut. There's not many out there like Asad. I will never forget what he did for me. And the team of girls here are so kind and empathetic. What a team. They are fast becoming the "go to" place. I almost didn't want to write this review because I wanted to keep the place a secret.

   Brilliant service from start to finish. I called this pharmacy to book a travel vaccination after getting let down by another pharmacy. They got me in on the same day and I didn’t even feel a thing when given the vaccination. The lady was really friendly on the phone and the gentleman that administered the vaccination was lovely and very informative.

   No sooner have I submitted my prescription request via the NHS app than they seem to be texting me “ready for collection” Also once the pharmacist took time to give good advice on a minor eye infection. Overall very impressed with the service offered.

   The Travel Clinic were incredibly helpful at fitting me in at short notice when I couldn't get an appointment at the Doctors surgery and they then found me a different appointment when I had to postpone because of being ill. Once I finally got to the appointment it was very smooth and again helpful. Thoroughly recommended
