Really happy with the nursery I've had both my kids there in both premises as I have nor had a single issue with them really flexible with me and my hours and my children always happy to go and to leave never had a problem with them
I am very unhappy that the staff did not check my non-verbal daughter's diaper, leaving her with a very red and sore bottom. They lied and said she was teething, but she wasn't. Leaving children in dirty diapers for too long can cause pain and rashes. It's the staff's job to take care of the children's basic needs. This is not the first time this has happened—I have arrived at the nursery early many times and found my daughter with a dirty diaper. The staff seem like they don't care about the children. This lack of care is unacceptable for a childcare centre.
What an awful place. Staff are lazy - they never change the babies nappies all day, since my baby keeps coming home with rashes and sores. I questioned them about this and they were rude and aggressive in their response and had the cheek to say I couldn’t prove it cause I’m not physically present at the nursery. So I caught them out - I turned up once earlier than usual, took them by surprise as they weren’t expecting me for another 30 mins. I went straight to my baby and checked her nappy, to find it soiled and stale. I caught them red handed and all the staff could do was bluster and blush. Avoid by all means.
I am very displeased that the staff did not check my daughter's diaper to see if she had a bowel movement. The staff knows that my daughter is non-verbal and cannot verbally communicate her needs, yet they still did not bother to check her diaper. When I picked her up, I found that she had a severely red and irritated bottom, to the point where she could not walk properly. I was furious and upset that the staff seemed negligent in their duty to care for all the babies and toddlers by ensuring their diapers were changed promptly. Leaving children to sit in soiled diapers for extended periods can cause rashes and discomfort. It is the staff's responsibility to attend to the basic needs of the children in their care. The fact that my non-verbal daughter was left in a soiled diaper for an unacceptable amount of time suggests the staff was inattentive to the children's wellbeing. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable from a childcare facility. I expect the staff to be dedicated to the children's comfort and hygiene, not simply viewing this as a job for monetary gain. This is not the first time this has happened - my daughter has arrived home with a severe diaper rash and crying at least 8 times due to the staff's neglect in changing her diaper.
First impressions were good and the staff were lovely, however things changed when we received invoices that did not add up to the rates we had agreed in writing. Upon simply questioning the invoices, the nursery manager got very defensive and aggressive over email, stating how we would never find another nursery who would accommodate our needs of 2 days per week 8:30 - 3:00, and even saying how she did not have time to keep track of the days and times that they are in the care of children, which is quite concerning for a nursery not to keep a register of the children / babies in attendance. I immediately took my daughter out for concerns over her health and safety and began looking elsewhere.

Don’t pay staff on time; if ever. Shocking!! Manager couldn’t organise a cake sale in a bakery. Too many ofsted investigations.
My son started here a few months ago and he loves it now. They always do alot with them and the girls are lovely. So happy to have found this little hidden gem x
My daughter has been coming here since they first opened and cannot recommend this nursery highly enough I am so glad I found it when I did my daughter is so happy here Nicola the manager is so lovely and understanding and all the staff are great and very professional It's always clean to a high standard and the food is healthy and nutritious Everything you need is provided by the nursery such as nappies and extras which is great I love this place!
Amazing place, my daughter is very happy here, it's lovely and clean and the food is great, would definitely recommend to other parents.
