Really good service from this company. Car was collected and returned to me. Such nice people to deal with. Car was repaired to a very high standard and thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Got a courtesy call a few days after the car was returned to check I was happy with everything. Very professional company. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Streamline. TOP MARKS! My pride and joy was hit by another driver and needed some minor bodywork. I opted to get Streamline to do some other private (non insured) bodywork also at same time as their quote seemed very fair. The resulting bodywork and spray was top notch! Car was picked up and dropped off on time. The job was done in just a few weeks and Streamline even held onto the car for an extra week because I was overseas when it was ready. The car was delivered valeted, even inside. This whole experience provides an opposite and much more positive contrast to my previous experience of an insurer appointed repair shop (see my review of Veeyec). Thanks guys!

I was involved in an accident whereby the other drivers insurance company accepted full responsibility. In the meantime, my insurer directed me to Streamline. They were helpful from start to finish and massively professional. They took the car in for repair very quickly and were thorough in their checks when receiving the vehicle. They updated me along the way and I had the car back looking better than it did when it went in. They also repaired a tyre free of charge, admittedly through error but they said they would not charge me nonetheless. I wouldnβt hesitate to use them personally if I had issues in the future and I would reccomend them to others looking for a reliable mechanic/garage.

Well Streamline exactly what it stands for.. Precise, flexible and professional with a sense of calm ...explains the process of my vehicle step by step which was outstanding..kept up to date about parts and delivery. Rate 5 Stars but deserves more. Had to leave my vehicle at the car hire to pick up the Courtesy Car for my job. Streamline was ok with this unusual arrangement and dealt with my vehicle promptly, informing collection and date of vehicle returning..truly impressed, rest assured that my vehicle was in the safe hands. I had an amazing experience with Streamline after my car was involved in an accident (which wasnβt my fault). They replaced the front fender, hood, headlight, grille, and several smaller parts β and honestly, the car looks brand new. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. Everything was done on time and with great attention to detail. Good communication via WhatsApp but terrible customer service. When delivered, the car was incomplete and there were marks on the car left from the job. When I raised the issues, they fobbed me off saying itβs just how it is- there was no accountability and I am not impressed. This garage are not perfectionist and I wouldnβt use them again.

I have had nothing but problems after they repaired my stolen catalytic converter. Over a year later the problem is still not resolved.. my insurance is now having to start an independent investigation When they first fixed my car the part were fake and my Lexus rejected it, my exhaust was dangling. They blamed my insurance. I went back to get this repaired and a few months later the issue reoccured I took it back in, it was fixed again but 2 months later it was faulty again.... now more excuses From 'SORRYLINE' !

My BMW 1 series had been vandalised/ keyed and the rear door and quarter were effected and so needed to be re sprayed, I also had some cosmetic damage to the front bumper. Streamline informed me they would have the car for 4 days to do the work, which they did. They did a very high standard of quality job which I am super happy with. I used streamline as they were used by my insurer previously for a non fault accident and they did a fantastic job then as they have now. I highly recommend using.
