   First of all, I know nothing about cars. My late dad said to me I was a fool paying dealerships for services and MOT. My dad always used G&L autos so I decided to give them a go. The mechanics made me feel so welcome, no rolling of the eyes or grumpiness I normally got. It was certainly worth the trip from Walthamstow to have my car serviced/MOT. It gave me the opportunity to see my mum. From drop off to collection was under 4 hours and significantly cheaper.

   A fellow teacher recommended this place to me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Darren and Anthony demonstrated true professionalism from start to finish. My appointment was scheduled promptly, and they completed the MOT, minor service, and several repairs all on the same day, at a very fair price. This level of efficiency and value is rare, especially compared to the inflated costs and slower turnaround times at large dealerships. Overall, my first experience with G&L was exceptional, and I fully intend to return to them annually.

   I kept taking my car to the other local garage just round the corner called Atech autos. They did a full service on my car and fitted incorrect spark plugs. I had to take my car there again on multiple occasions for them to find the problem as the car was misfiring. I gave up and found these brothers in G and L motors. Positive lads with great communication. They managed to find the misfiring problem and also carried out a tough job which i had issues with my battery cables. Highly recommend these guys as they are honest with their prices and professional with their work. - Raheem

   One thing I think most car owners share is the fear of being ripped off by a mechanic or garage because repairs can be costly and due to the idea that most car owners aren't in the knowledge of really knowing what's wrong with their vehicles when it does go wrong, having a honest and trustworthy garage fix you vehicle is an amazing find. That is exactly the case with G & L. I discovered them during the pandemic when my car needed some major attention and I had no way of getting to work, they looked after me and gave a amazing service all at a fair price. Since then I've used them for everything vehicle related issue and I dont even live in the area anymore.
