Had Herzigs recommended to me and booked car in. What a great service from John and all the team. Really friendly, helpful and much better price than I'd been quoted elsewhere. It's a bit of a drive for me to get here but it was 100% worth it.
I had a superb experience with Herzigs (and in particular, Daniel Taylor), who were selected by my leasing provider. The body repair to my almost brand-new BYD was perfect and the communication was consistently excellent throughout the process. In terms of aftercare, they even helped me out with another issue when they heard of my struggles with dealing directly with BYD. This was in no way an expectation, but greatly appreciated all the same. I would not hesitate to return as a private customer.

Spoke to Jon, the owner and got a quote to fix my bumper and side panel where someone reversed into me. It was booked in for the Monday so dropped the car off. All pleasant so far. I was advised that everything would be sorted there and I wil be called once the card is ready. Went onto the GPS tracker installed in my car on Wednesday and found that since Monday, my car was in a different location, 3 miles away. It was there till Friday morning when it was driven back to the garage. Queried this when collecting my car on Friday and was told it was their second site. I got an apology, but the fact remains that my car should not have been driven off site without me being notified and also getting my permission which was never done!
They repaired my car a few years ago under an Insurance repair job and I was impressed by their service and personable attitudes. Moreover, the fact is a family business is always an impressive feat. Nevertheless, I have since tried to get some further repair work done by them as they are reasonable nearby to where ai live. However, they charge premium and there is no bargaining with them especially the one whose the son in law so I will likely never use them again as I simply cannot afford them. Yet, best if luck to them. The husband and wife and daughter are all lovely and the guy who drives and cleans the cars does a splendid job. However, the lay person like myself needs to ve able to afford the service in order to buy into it and in this instance in reference to Herzigs....I simply cannot.
My Golf GTI went for repair to Herzigs Auto Group via Insurance when my front bumper/side panel and light got hit, Jon came out to inspect the vehicle and confirm all details before we booked a date. From first interactions it was easily known Jon loved his cars and he was willing to go above and beyond on my vehicle for the repair. When the car came back the work was fantastic, a new bumper and light, all re-sprayed perfectly and Jon even went the further mile by blending the re-spray into the side panels and fixing any minor paint dents on the bonnet alongside re-spraying my front splitter. The customer service and overall experience was 10/10 with Jon and Herzigs Auto Group. I will now be coming to Jon for any further body work as he and his team go above and beyond for client satisfaction. I would highly recommend Herzigs for any car repair work. After having a small accident (non-fault) with my car (330e BMW), Herzigs was the garage to fix the damage and I am very happy that my insurance had them as the repairer. From start to finish, the service has been top notch. Jon was the first point of contact when surveying the damage and straight away after our conversation, I felt assured that they do the job 100%. Not only was this a top notch service, this was the best service I had in years, always updating me the progress of my car. I thank Jon and the team for the work they’ve done and I can see why they have big recognition to do the job, especially when it is a family business.
