   Would not let anyone else near my w124 300ce. Terry provided me with an initial quote on all the work needed and also suggested parts I could source outside MB (where no longer sold). Dropped the car off for a couple of days and it’s good as gold now ready for a 2,000 mile trip across Europe. Honest guy and the quote was very much on point with works carried out.

   My Heartfelt Gratitude to Terry and his whole team at Wayne gates Mercedes. Last Month I had my car serviced at Wayne Gates Mercedes , Mercedes W205 Coupe and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, and attentive to my concerns. They went Straight to the business. Terry took the time to listen carefully to the issues I was experiencing and after a quick diagnosis his team found it was a radiator leak and explained the recommended repairs in a way that was easy to understand and also gave me a time frame that was only because parts had to be ordered which was only delayed due to bank holiday and logistics. If they had parts I guess they would have fixed my issue in no time. The facility was clean and well-organized, I could see many other cars they were well kept and loved by the team, I also saw some other work going on for other customers, i could see the passion for Mercedes in there work which gave me confidence in the quality of work they were about to do on my car. The technicians were efficient, and my car was ready ahead of schedule. They even gave me a courtesy call , letting me know that my car is ready. In additionally no silly push on sales tactics just pure honest work which give me more confidence to visit the garage again. When I picked up my car, everything was running smoothly, brand new radiator was fitted, The price for the service was fair, and I appreciated the transparency with the cost breakdown, as there were no hidden fees or surprises. Correct invoice was provided. Overall, I would highly recommend Wayne Gates Mercedes garage for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality car service. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle radiator was changed and working correctly. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs. Thank you WGM Team.

   Having used Wayne Gates previously for a gearbox service the customer care & knowledge was evident soon as I drove into their forecourt. it only made sense to contact them again to have my w204 Mercedes c63 engine & gearbox mounts replaced. The lengths Terry & his team go to ensure every box is ticked before your vehicle comes off the ramp is incomparable to other “Mercedes Benz specialists” including main dealers ! Terry & his team truly live up to the name “specialists” Wayne gates had the engine mounts & gearbox mount replaced in less time than was originally quoted - Terry only charged me for the time it took - Thank you ! In addition Terry noticed the passenger side drop link had been installed incorrectly (by another “specialist” - Terry corrected this for me at no charge ! The knocking has now gone for good ! I have decided my car will only go to Terry & his team from this point forward. Extremely Satisfied Will be calling you soon for some more work as discussed ! Thank you all once again!

   After purchasing my W201 190E 2.6L Sportline, I wanted to get a full inspection completed on the car to identify any areas mechanically that required work. I looked online to find a Mercedes specialist and came across Wayne Gate Mercedes Servicing, and their reviews speak for themselves! So I got the car booked in. Full inspection was performed and an estimate for the required work was provided. It was a fairly priced estimate given the amount of work that was required. It included major work which I did not expect, however I put my trust in Terry and the team to complete this. The work included: - Gearbox re-build - Timing case re-seal - Front lower ball joints - Front prop shaft coupling - Rear subframe bushes - Rear hub joints. Terry and his team (Lorenzo and Patrick) are fantastic. The wealth of knowledge they have for Mercedes vehicles, even the older ones like mine, is second to none. This was emphasised when I dropped my 190E to them for the first time and was welcomed by 3 others in the car park, along with many other classics and newer Mercedes! Further to this, the number of recommendations and high praise on the Mercedes Benz Club Forums for this establishment also reinforces the great work and services they provide. Top class and highly recommended - would not take my car anywhere else!

   Terry and his team are superb, they fixed my vehicle and there was plenty wrong with it. They were reasonable and did not try to do unnecessary work like other garages do. Personally I found them honest and transparent, I would highly recommend. Their knowledge about Mercs is second to none.

   Without any doubt the best Mercedes Indy I’ve been to - and I’ve been to all the “best” recommended MB Indys over the country in the last 8 years, from Birmingham to Portsmouth. Terry and his team have not only serviced my car many times but also resolved numerous issues quickly and within reasonable prices too - everything from a window adjustment to rear main seal replacement, these guys know their stuff. If you need instrument cluster coding gurus go to ComandOnline in Surrey, for everything else Terry and his team are the best guys for the job. They are really great guys too so don’t hesitate to use them for your pride and joy :)

   I've used Wayne Gates since 2013, they were the go to for all my maintenance on my W202 C250TD and they have never ever let me down. Terry is extremely knowledgeable as are the mechanics themselves especially Jamie who works methodically and is a perfectionist, and can do absolutely anything to any Mercedes. I still use them now even though I have an Audi now (which o bought off Jamie himself) as I truly believe you cannot put a price on good workmanship. I thoroughly recommend this place, Mercedes-Benz servicing second to none including the rip off Mercedes dealers themselves. The quality of workmanship speaks for itself as Terry bought my Mercedes-Benz off me. Thank you Terry, Jamie, Pat and Lorenzo.
