Had an appointment today for 2.00pm. Had time off work, drove from Stafford. Upon arrival 2 electricians were working outside the property. They said the centre is closed! Apparently they had a power outage last week! I was told to ring the number on my letter, I did! 15th in the queue! Needless to say I hung up! Useless!! Not happy!
Update - Taken just over 12 weeks to get seen (2nd appointment) and finally had my scan, the service was professional and efficient 5/5 It is such a shame it's taken so long to actually get it done, can only assume it's sheer volume of referrals. Original review Waited for over a month for my appointment and has now been cancelled on the day with 3hr 15min notice. I've had to arrange time off work for this, so really not impressed. Lack of customer/patient service with no meaningful explanation. Let's see how long it takes to book a replacement appointment, I suspect it will be another month. Unfortunately another failed NHS service outsourcing due to high demand and lack of capacity.
Google it and it says disabled access and disabled parking. Had to park on road. Disabled access is a joke unless your wheelchair or scooter is half the width of a standard one. They offered me a hospital appointment which was over 30 miles away. Not impressed with this place.
I was referred as an NHS patient. I was seen on time, and both members of clinical staff involved with my care were extremely polite and professional. I had been slightly anxious about my procedure but they were very supportive, and the procedure done very gently. My entire experience was very positive, and I'd be more than happy to come back if it was needed.
Honestly I was really worried after reading the reviews on here. People only tend to review if they are unhappy but I feel this is a bit unjust. I was referred here for treatment by the NHS and I can honestly say the whole experience was a good one. Parking was good, I didn’t wait long the staff were lovely, funny and put me at ease straight away. Totally professional and the treatment was painless. Thank you. I’ve got no fears returning for further treatment in 6 weeks.
Extremely unprofessional, didn't even look at my issue properly. This is the second health harmonie appointment I have had at a different clinic and it's as bad as the first! The "doctor" didn't address my issue , was uninterested, said they would book me in for the operation but they may not do it and will decide on the day!! As an extremely nervous patient this is not what you want to hear! I've come away feeling more distressed and upset than when I went!
