   I took my BMW to Car Care this morning as it had a tyre pressure warning. It was sorted and parked back outside my house within two hours. The whole price I paid was just what BMW would have charged me for the diagnostic alone!! I’ve heard great things about these guys and it’s true. They do a great job, and are trustworthy. I will use them again and recommend others!

   I had a very good experience here. I had my turbo reconditioned under 3rd party warranty and Daniel was super helpful and comminicative. Throughout the entire process Daniel was easy to get a hold of, broke down the issues and prospective solutions and made me feel at ease. Will 100% be returning if required in the future.

   My car went in for a yearly MOT and service and had front and back brake pads/disks replaced after a fail. Despite dropping car by 8:30am on Friday, it was not ready until Monday morning. Total cost for service, MOT and front and back brake pad/disk replacement was £918. To add to the inconvenience and cost, I had to clean muddy footprints left by their mechanics on the carpets! I used to use and recommend this garage over many years but service, value and courtesy have really taken a dive on this occasion.
