   The receptionist (Dianne) in room 13 had an absolute disgusting attitude. Considering this is an environment for sick patients, she showed no care or sympathy. Instead she decided to accuse us of lying about an appointment which was made by 111 and proceed to say ‘bullshit’ after we left the room. I would highly recommend reconsidering the type of people who you have representing your practice

   I would have rate it 4 because the reception stuff sometimes are a bit rude but I will have to rate it 5 just because it’s a clean centre ,modern and in a good area accessible for me. The health care professionals are ok ,trying to help and provide referrals to other different hospitals which is great.You have easy access to pharmacy ,but always you have to wait a lot to get your prescriptions.

   Needed walk in centre on Sat evening. Called 111 and put through to Stockland Green walk in centre. Excellent service. Great nurses. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got prescription and very happy.

   Can never get appointments. This is the only surgery I’ve ever known to only do same day appointments. Have enquired about prescriptions and never got called back, haven’t heard from assigned health visitor since my baby was 5 weeks- she is now nearly 9 months. Called them up regarding this and was told a health visitor would be in touch. This was two weeks ago and still haven’t received a call. The actual doctor I’ve seen was rude and barely checked over my daughter at her 6 week check up, unless squeezing her legs is an efficient enough way to check for issues. Definitely changing doctors as I have never been met with such ridiculous service. You are responsible for people’s health so act like it! I’ve received better integrity from takeaways!

   The Reservoir Road doctor's practice, is a very badly run surgery, where the receptionists are very unwelcoming to the patients, and to make an appointment either by telephone or in person, is almost impossible, because you are kept waiting on the line endlessly, only to be informed that if you are lucky enough to get through , that there are no appointments available, and to try again tomorrow morning or afternoon after 8.30am or 2pm. Although it's a different matter if they happen to be calling or texting you.

   I picked up my medicine at this clinic. The instructions refer to broken boxes and dirty boxes. It cannot be used. Each box is open. Are these pills recycled? I don't understand. Their service is very good.
