   This was our first rime using this company for a Heathrow pick-up and I have to say it was the best experience we’ve had from start to finish. The owner Ervin answered all my calls himself, was patient and responsive to our needs and made sure everything went like clockwork. Our chauffeur Raimond was exceptional and engaging and took care of every little detail. The Mercedes S class we asked for was immaculately clean and fresh smelling. All in all a premium product and completely deserving of its “best in class” award. Will always use them.

   EG Chauffeurs was immaculate for my wedding day, on short notice they professionally and seamlessly helped us choose the best choice of booking hassle free, with Ervin especially being a delight to speak to. Our driver arrived early which was great and waited for us, despite delayed schedule the driver was patient and got us there on time! He was reassuring us, professional was extremely attentive with during our ride. The car itself was in pristine condition, beautifully decorated and new, with all helpful amenities we would need during our journey. I would give 6 stars if I could! Will definitely be coming back and recommend to anyone to ride with EG Chauffeurs.

   We have been using EG regularly for over 4 years for both personal and business trips. I can not find a single flaw in the company and drivers who are professional, courteous and go above and beyond to help where they can. These are the reasons we retain EG as our go-to. For business we generally stick to using the S Class, and for personal/family trips, we regularly use the Bentley Mulsanne and V Classes. The Mulsanne is my personal favourite! The drivers are also great when we have the kids with us. The drivers are great with the kids which also goes a long way in making those long journeys more fun for the kids. If you are looking to retain a chauffer company whether its for family trips, or business trips, then EG is the only company you should consider! A very happy and regular customer :) :)
