Lovely friendly staff! Excellent skills and my hair looks beautiful....and my 14yr old daughter said so...now that’s an accomplishment!! Had a cut and foils by Julie and she really has done such a great job. Had lots of positive comments about my hair since. Had my hair done 2 weeks ago and been again for a blow dry within the last week. I would definitely recommend especially during the times we are in of Covid transmission. They are METICULOUS in their hygiene regime, continuous thorough hand washing, sanitising work stations and equipment and anywhere a client has touched or sat. I would without hesitation as a healthcare professional say, they are doing everything within their means to protect clients and prevent transmission.

Walked in and asked for a toner to put on my blonde hair because the roots I'd done myself and they were very yellow, but the lady took one look at me without even checking my hair or asking what I've done to it and said " no, your hair looks in such a bad condition I wouldn't even try toning it". I'd just been walking around in the rain as well and my hair was damp and frizzy slightly. This isn't the first time I've been refused a service just by one look. So I went over to Andrew Clifford and they did what I asked for and more, they said the condition of my hair was good enough. My hairs now in amazing condition and soft with no breakage despite being bleached and toned. So clearly just a look isn't enough to judge someone's hair on!! Won't be trying again to get my hair done here it's clear my buisness is unwanted.
