I recommend all parents to have their boys circumcised at this centre. The staff and doctor are very supportive. They explain the procedure in detail, as well as the aftercare and necessary precautions for looking after the baby. They also provide a swab box. To book an appointment, the best option is to call them after submitting the form. I submitted mine but didn’t receive a call back for over three days. However, before the appointment, they sent an email with all the detailed information. In short, we are very satisfied with their service.
I had my son circumcised with BCC and I was very pleased with the service provided. I was very impressed with the website, it had all the info about the day of, what to expect during the procedure, and fees. Me and my husband felt prepared going in. We were also very impressed with the friendly staff, from reception to the assistants and doctors. We felt supported and were given clear instructions about after care. I would say overall what we were impressed with the most was the aftercare, a member of staff reached out via text and by phone call to make sure our son was recovering well. I would 100% recommend BCC, and if we were to have a son again, we would be more than happy to seek medical treatment from the clinic. Many thanks to the medical staff.

Professional, clean, well explained and excellent follow up after surgery. We sent pictures of some complications and the doctor came out the our address the next day to remove the ring as it had moved back! Recommend this place was hesitant as didn’t have many review but no complaints! All good
Great experience using BCC. The procedure went smoothly alhamdulillah. The Dr explained the aftercare very well, also gave us a mobile number for aftercare just incase we had any concerns which was very reassuring. My sons (7 weeks at the time) ring fell off on the 4th day and healed very quickly. Thank You

Our experience at BCC was a great one. We were kept well informed of aftercare instructions and Dr. Aziz talked us through the procedure prior to the appointment. Dr. Aziz and Nurse Ellie were patient, kind, reassuring. Our son was pain free and fell asleep immediately after the procedure thanks to a patient team. Dr. Aziz followed up in the evening to ensure all was well and a further follow up call 7 days later by the reception team. Thank you again BCC team.
