   Hi Chirang Patel, I hope you’re enjoying your holiday after you swindled me out of my £550 labour for the clutch you poorly fitted. Since you blocked my number and did a disappearing act like a coward and sent me on wild goose chase for an invoice for 3 months, I wanted to let you know the parts have come back fine after manufacturer testing, the parts didn’t fail it was the poor fitment by your business. Since Ive had the another new clutch installed by another mechanic I have had no issues. Also he charged way less and every other mechanic I have spoken to in the local area told me you over priced me on your questionable work. I told you from the start after you fitted the clutch there was something wrong it was sticking, but you kept brushing it under the carpet saying it’s a new clutch until it failed after only 1 month of used. You didn’t even have the decency to fault find your own workmanship. Somehow though you managed to know the part had failed from visually looking at it from the bonnet for 5 min in the car park, maybe I just had “mug” written on my forehead? I chased you up and asked you so many times for simple invoice, but due to a million and one reasons after three months it was too hard for you to even do a basic task expected from any business owner, make of that what you wish. Chirag I expect a full refund of my money and nothing less plus the cost of having to tow my car to another mechanic. You have my number so I await your contact, since you don’t answer my phone call. I would like to sort this out without having to escalate this through the legal procedures if possible. Otherwise all legal avenues will be explored and I will consult with advisers on the consumer rights act 2015 and your motor trade associations to escalate this if needed. Kind regards Reza

   A good garage at a reasonable price. I got a light replaced with these guys a couple weeks back. The job was done relatively quickly and the staff are friendly. The only downside was that one of their staff members put a box on my roof (which is wrapped) and subsequently scratched up my wrapped roof. Luckily the scratches aren’t too visible but this could have been avoided. Apart from that they’re decent mechanics.
