    Monday 12th October 2025 I used this service to go to Kingston Hospital. I needed to return to the hospital after problems that I was experiencing following my discharge from the hospital last Wednesday 8th October. The driver Kristina was very, very nice and we had a light hearted conversation on the journey which made the overall experience extremely pleasant, for which I thank her.

    I have used Zedcarz on several occasions over the last few years but a recent experience with my family at Gatwick airport means I will never use this company again and I advise other people to be very cautious. I booked an 8 seater for a return trip to Gatwick - trip there was fine, but return was a disaster. Car not there when I landed, had 2 get 2 Gatwick cabs to get home, much more expensive, and then was told driver was actually at airport and was charged for him being there. Very poor and to treat a "regular" customer like this is unacceptable. I will never use this company again - please be careful when considering to use this company.

    This was an excellent driver. He was careful, helpful and considerate. The car was very comfortable and clean. We cannot praise this experience enough.

    Was quoted Β£7.50 for a cab for 4 people for a short distance. Actually charged Β£11.50. The driver was making a personal call on a headset throughout the short journey. His bag was in the footwell of the front passenger seat even though he knew he was going to have 4 passengers. Not Impressed at all with this service .

    I booked a car in advance and was promptly sent a booking reference by e-mail as requested. The car collected us on Christmas Day night exactly on time. A professional service.

    Terrible service and stole from me. I pre booked a car that did not arrive when expected so when I called I was told the cars a few minutes away. After a few minutes I called back and was told still few minutes. This happened 5 times and then on the 5th call was told the car arrived which was not the case as I was waiting for it outside. Eventually when it did arrive and the job competed a few days later I saw I was charged 50% more then the quoted price. When I called to speak about the overcharge, Javad said it’s not his problem as he can’t deal with it. Call back and speak to accounts. I Called next day and spoke to Sandra in accounts who was equally dismissive and really didn’t care and said she can’t do anything and to speak to the manager Rahan to which she said he would call me back. Needless to say I’m still waiting for a call. This is this second time this happened to me after the first time I pre booked they car was 40 minutes late, and again the company and anyone I spoke to just didn’t care. To be fair the driver was lovey when arrived but it seems the culture of the people on the phones and running the company are letting them down. Customer service is certainly not a priority where fleecing customers obviously is. Since then I have found and used another company called clock Tower cars twice. To which to my pleasant surprise on both occasions arrived 10mins early, provides tracking time and link to driver details which means they can’t lie about where they are. And most of all was 25% cheaper then Zed Cars originally quoted price and 50% cheaper then what I was actually charged. I hope this review helps people avoid the unnecessary headache I have had to endure through Zed cars.

    This minicab service is extremely professional, their customer service was one of the best that I've encountered and their attitude towards customers is exemplary. I have been using ZedCarZ minicab service for a while and everytime I have been greeted very warmly by drivers who are punctual, polite and well mannered. The quality and cleanliness of the vehicles has always been faultless and any issues/ problems I have get dealt with very quickly in a professional manner. I cannot recommend this service enough as this is now the only minicab service I use rather than uber, bolt etc... because this is a family owned business that caters for all their customers/ clients on an individual basis where their reputation of providing top tier quality is at the forefront of everything they do.
