   I’ve trusted Ignite Autos for years. They replaced my Audi’s DPF five years ago, and I came back for my MOT because they’ve always treated me right. The MOT was done efficiently and the price was sensible. The team are exactly how you want a garage to be: polite, soft-spoken, and genuinely trustworthy. Despite being super busy they take the time to offer you tea, coffee. The waiting area/office is warm, quiet and has free Wi-Fi, so you can actually get work done while they sort your car. And yes, they care about the little things: the toilets are spotless, even the toilet paper is super soft. Details like that tell you everything about how they run the place. They were quick to identify issues that needed fixed and even with ChatGPT I couldn’t get a better quote for it. If you’re in London and want a garage that does the job properly and treats you with respect, this is it. Five stars.

   I can't recommend Ignite Autos Shop enough! Their service was professional, efficient, and honest. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car, explained the repair process in detail, and provided a fair estimate. The quality of the work was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. MOT's for all my cars I do it in this garage now. Also, I'll be back for any future auto needs. Highly recommend!

   Baught a car from a dealership in Harrow, the dealer used this company to do my MOT. Within 6 weeks my engine coolant had a leak, and then head gasket had a crack in it. Why did this garage not see that there was a problem with the engine coolant, if they did why was it not put on the MOT as an advisory. I’m a now out of pocket. No Car, nor my money back from the dealership. Reg for car is RJ07 SSX. MOT-done on the 2/12/2022. This garage can’t say that they have no records of my car as I have the MOT certificate in my possession. I have attached a picture of the state of my engine only having the car 6 weeks.

   Went for a full service for my car and was ensured my car will be in great care. They kept that promise and now my car feels like it’s brand new. In particularly some of my lights on dash came off just from this service. Offered me coffee upon my arrival aswell as comfort on their well furnished chairs. Amongst all of that the pricing is fair for such a well looked after garage… Might I add this is the most immaculate garage I’ve ever been to and I hope it won’t be my last. Everybody is friendly aswell as other customers. I felt well looked after. Thank you
