   I took my car to Audi VW Specialist after getting quoted a ridiculous amount from the main Audi dealership. They were quick to take my car in, diagnose the issue, and clearly explain what was wrong — something the dealership didn’t bother to do properly. Chris in particular was very knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. He kept me updated throughout and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend them if you want honest and professional service without the dealership prices.

   Had a really solid experience with this garage. The staff were highly professional and clearly very knowledgeable — they explained the issue clearly over the phone before I even brought the car in, which gave me a lot of confidence in their approach. Booking was straightforward and I managed to get an appointment within just a few days. Once in, they ran diagnostics, carried out the necessary work, and had the car ready for me the same day. Turnaround time was excellent. Pricing seemed fair and transparent, and while the staff weren’t overly chatty, their professionalism and expertise more than made up for it. Would definitely use them again.

   After spending £££‘s and multiple days at the West London Audi to attempt to diagnose and a repair a sound I was hearing to no avail, I was referred this place by a friend. They found the issue in less than 30 mins, whilst I waited and proceeded to repair the issue which worked flawlessly. The price was reasonable and the service was beyond amazing. Would highly recommend over the official Audi dealer, especially West London Audi. Thank you guys - I’ll definitely be coming back!

   I had problem with my car for the last 3 months. Engine light menagment was on my dashboard. I was in three other recommended garages and none of them could find the problem. I was served by two members of staff which were very polite. They found the problem and repaired my car. They did a very clean and profesional job. Before they started, they explained what they would do and how they would do the job. I'm impressed. I used this service before and the level of quality is still high. I will definetely be coming back again. Thank you again for amazing job.
