   Had a sexual encounter last week but was worried because of symptom I had a week after. Went to the clinic because is state on their website they had a walk in clinic, only to be recommend to the Lyng West Bromwich. I went there got seen to but only told my result is going to be back in 2 weeks. What good is 2 week to me if there is some thing wrong? Someone at Lyng told me I should have gone to Whittall St. I would have get tested and the result which would have been ideal. What a waste of time. I would never recommend this place , no consideration for one welfare. Now I have to wait 3 more days seen today was Friday to be seen by a proper clinic on Monday.

   I spent £10 on taxi fares to go to this clinic today and i even phone beforehand to make sure i would be seen they said no problem and i would defiantly be seen but as soon as i turn up the place was full 15 minutes before their opening times and said sorry we are full and that i should of arrived earlier i was 15 minutes before their opening times and still got told that i dident have an appointment and was classed as a drop in because of my last staged of hepititus c vacination was 1 year apart and was told they dont do appointment slips for that much distance in appointments. Absolute pafetic service of reception promising to see you and then wasting your money and time by refusing you at the door. I reccomend you go somewhere eles for any type of vaccines or tests as this place lies through their teeth !!!

   Understaffed, so they can't see more people in walk ins. Just a heads up if you want to go walk in, try and get there for at least half 12, to be more sure of being seen.
