   I have used Boud services to get an EGR valve replacement on my truck in November 23, my truck is still ejecting a great deal of smoke when regenerating and I have unsuccessfully tried to book my vehicle for further checks as James keeps being rude not answering phone calls or messages and replied only to advice me to send an email. I find it absolutely rude and arrogant service. Only I was looking was for an honest and trustworthy mechanic to look after my company vehicle and instead I met an arrogant trader who's interested in profits and don't care about customer. Communication poor Very expensive Long waiting time No customer care whatsoever I will never use them again.

   I was frustrated the last months because nobody helped me to fix properly the dpf filter of my car. Fortunately I found the Tom’s garage and it was amazing. He did a great job a full of advices to keep the dpf clean. Reliable, honest and professional. I really recommend him.

   I live in the area and I've spent a long time reading reviews of car mechanics in the area, especially as I had a car which was off the road for 3 years. I needed someone I could completly trust and not rip me off as I have no idea about cars. After speaking to Tom, I decided to send my car to him to look over it and guide me through what his thoughts were. Tom was completely honest and at no point did I ever doubt his advice or assessment. I would get daily photos as he examined the car and explained his reasoning behind the issues of the part which needed replacing. I cannot recommend Boud Services highly enough and I firmly believe this has to be the best mechanics in the area. If I could give 10 stars, then Boud Services would definitely get it. Once you try them once, you will not go anywhere else. I personally want to thank Tom for his hard work and fantastic customer experience, and I look forward to many miles of happy motoring.

   Tom Boud is simply the best. He has regularly serviced my two cars since we have lived in this area over the past twenty or so years. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and in an emergency he will pull out all the stops to sort out whatever problems you may have. His charges are always reasonable and the quality of his work is unquestionably perfect. To top it all, he is a really lovely fellow whose sole aim in life is to provide a first class service for his customers and in my experience he never, ever fails.

   I moved home, needed a new mechanic and found Boud Services through a friend. There were some some fiddly issues to be addressed on my E36 M3 and Tom got straight to work. He was thorough with the diagnosis, explained exactly what work was required and kept me informed through the whole process via text and images. Very pleased with the work carried out and will be using Boud Services from now on. Cheers Tom!
