Lisa looked after me so much explaining everything that was done and all the after care definitely recommend Lisa very professional
I booked the ultimate aesthetic boss, the first course went well I received photos etc the last 3 courses to complete this course did not, the girl teaching us was lovely but I’m so fed up of messaging for photos as you aren’t allowed to take your own, I passed these courses in July august and September we are now in November and i and others have messaged repeatedly for photos and now I’m being blanked! Also we were mean to get a starter kit that we were told we would get on the last day- nothing , I chased this to be told a week later then a month later was told it’s been delivered this week that was last month! If I could re do the course I would not choose mac aesthetics, also I had training with another academy who made it feel like they actually cared and wish I went with them now. In my opinion keep looking and choose another clinic! - this is based on the Birmingham clinic- look elsewhere don’t waste your money.
Very disappointed. Previous treatments great. This time botox worn off really quickly.
Came with my daughter to have her lips filled. However she had a funny turn. I would like to say thank you to Lisa and her team as they were all fantastic with her. Customer service exceptional. Thanks again, see you in November.
