   Will is fantastic, very friendly and explains everything. I had previously tried Doctors/physio with no joy. I started going to see Will and within a month or two, the pain I had suffered for so long had become minimal and eventually pain free. I can't thank him enough, I totally recommend to anyone suffering to give it a try.

   William is an absolute magician! I have been having knee issues for about 6 months and was playing a game of NHS ping pong back and forth with GPs and physical therapists with no concrete diagnosis. My husband suggested I go to see Will, I am so glad I did. Will is extremely knowledgable and thorough. He talks you through what he is doing and why, and knows exactly what to adjust. I'm absolutely thrilled with the progress we have made thus far and would recommend Will and the clinic to anyone who may benefit from the care of a Chiropractor, basically the entire population. Fantastic reception team as well. Thank you, Will and team!

   Missed my appointment due to working nights and the second time I was on the road and looking for a shop space the second time - the business is in a house not a shop. I was told there is a ‘massive sign’ outside which there isn’t. I also got told to call back when I’m free to re book my appointment. This was whilst I was on the phone discussing my appointment. If you’re 15 minutes late they choose to cancel the remaining 45 and blame you. There is no mention of this on the website. I asked if I could just rebook immediately rather than calling again ‘when I know I’m free’ - it’s not like they do walk-ins. This is was because ‘the doctor is annoyed that two hours of his time was wasted’ he got paid £58 to twiddle his thumbs so where is the waste. Pretty poor customer service to say this, and quite unprofessional and patronising to ask me to call back on a future day I know I am available. Clearly just trying to fob me off. What a total waste of time my experience with this business has been. Had the phone service had a less patronising tone I wouldn’t be so displeased with my service here

   I have had treatment here with Will on and off for the last few years and it has been amazing. I had given up hope with the pain i was having with my back and knees and Will was able to support me and treat me.    I had been suffering with back pain for months, affecting my sleep and every waking moment. Having very physical jobs for years. I began to see Liam for treatments in January. By April there was significant improvement. Through treatments, exercises prescribed and lifestyle changes I am 95% improved, needing occasional treatment. A physio had told me I may never recover and would have to learn to live with the pain. I highly recommend Liam. He is skilled at explaining the issue, the treatment plan, the likelihood of success. Realistic, empathic and professional. Highly recommend.

   I always receive a very personalised service. There are 3 chiropractors who are all very knowledgeable and go the extra mile. We have moved half an hour away, but it is worth travelling to. Thoroughly recommend this practice.

   I’ve been going to the Birmingham Chiropractic clinic for a few years now and they have always taken great care of me and my back. Friendly, professional staff who know what they are doing. I work as a builder and have old back injuries which they’ve helped sort and now I’m doing much better because of they’re fantastic work.

   Having been a client for almost 10 years now, I highly recommend the team at the Birmingham Chiropractic Clinic. Having had two spinal surgeries for a slipped disk I was desperate to avoid a third. I tried everything - physio, acupuncture, massage, epidural - but nothing worked. I am so glad I was recommended to see James, a chiropractor with many years of experience who basically gave me my life back. It was a slow process (I was an extreme case!) but the treatments, which are painless and gentle, worked and are very effective when combined with light exercises to do at home as advised.

   I have seen Dr James Rousseau in 3 batches over 15 years or more, initially after I had a fall that severely injured my lower back. I can recommended his services whole heartedly. He suggested a new way of sleeping which literally changed my life and most recently was able to speed up the healing process from another back injury enough for me to take part in event I had been planning for almost a year and did not want to miss because of back pain. There are no miracles but his experience, in manipulating the spine and the care with which he does it can at times lead to outcomes which can seem quite close! If you are struggling with back pain I'd certainly recommended consulting him.
