I would like to leave a positive review for Habib, the receptionist. Habib is consistently polite, professional, and extremely helpful always greets me with a friendly manner, He is patient, and takes the time to listen and assist with any queries or concerns. he is a real asset to the surgery. Thank you, Habib, for your excellent support.
I came with my friend as all day we was going to different different surgeries to find out where he is registered all of the surgeries didn't help i would just like to thank afhshan and habib even though we are not registered here they both helped so much to find out were we need to go I took note of both their names thankfully to them two really helping us and not turning us away we managed to get to the right surgery for the appointment if all the staff are like these 2 members the patients are truly very blessed thank you so much for the help and time
Iv had really supportive GPS,,,nurses.. I hv depression and have been supported by counselling, 1 time for 3 months with Dr Fleming.Another few times again.... my daughters also have had very good support from majority of staff there... referred to hospital when ever it's been a consistent problem.. also hospital test results r very prompt.. If I can I would not even give 1 star. My solicitor has requested medical records from this surgery. Whoever the receptionist was on 12/09/25 at 08:20am was very rude. Did not disclose any information about the secretary who apparently can walk in at anytime. I did ask working hours so I can give call back but was told don’t call back as it won’t be done yet even though this request was created last month. I must say I have been to the Dr surgery in person before and the Drs are really nice shame about the rest.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lovely Indian lady at reception today — she wore a head covering and carried herself with such grace and warmth. I asked for my mother’s medical summary and a few other documents, and she provided exactly what I needed, promptly and politely, without any unnecessary delay. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, especially in contrast to the usual experience at reception, which can at times be less than satisfactory. This lady is an absolute star, and I’m genuinely delighted to have encountered her. I think her name was Bobby
Your new 'link based 'system for appointments is not suitable for everyone...! At least at first patients over 50 were allowed to make appointments via call...! Put your patience first not what suits you!
This surgery has gone seriously downhill. Me and my family have been patients since 1995. Best doctors were Beyer and Melchior. Now no one answers the phone, can’t get prescriptions done in a timely manner, doctors don’t give you an update following appointments if they are meant to refer you. Difficult to book appointments and the locum doctors are useless that read off a sheet and if your answers don’t fit then they just can’t do anything for you. No wonder the nation has lost faith in GP’s. You are absolutely useless. Better off self medicating! And we won’t be coming for the new Covid jab so stop sending the pointless constant messages to our phones. Money making scammers.
This surgery is just amazing. The staff especially Dr Phillips and Dr Flemming. Suffering from my whiplash injuries they have given me 100% support and advice. I have had previous bad service at my old GP and moving here to Springfield was the best thing I did. Can not fault this surgery .
They will never answer the phone ,One of the worse doctor's surgery you could ever join with, in life threatening situations they will not want to see or help you. When try and book A appointment or request A call back from any doctor available there you get told it could take up to 4 week's... To call in the morning could take up to 40 minutes only to be told negative information. Since covid they wont do face to face appointments , aint A doctor's role to help patient's ?
I've been a patient here for over four years and I'm really happy here. A while ago I had a couple of issues with a hospital referral but it seems to be a much stronger team now and I've had no problems since then. I always feel listened to by all the staff (reception, nurses, and doctors), and it's great to be looked after by people who genuinely seem to care. I think Frances is particularly brilliant - always super helpful and happy to help. Thanks everyone!
